All haircuts come with a complimentary wash house experience complete with a warm towel and relaxing scalp massage. All men's cuts come with a complimentary wash house experience complete with a warm towel and relaxing scalp massage. We have a variety of hair extension options available. In order to best suit you, stop in to meet our extension specialists and discuss which extensions are the best for you! All GK Keratin treatments include a complimentary visit to our wash house, and a haircut with a style.

I had been to Accentrix twice before for pedicures which were always nice, but I kept forgetting to review immediately after. Well, I recently went to have my hair color corrected and I cannot rave about it enough! It was a process, but Cammarie took so much time and consideration figuring out how to take the mess of different colors I had in my hair to a beautiful ashy grey lavender! I cannot recommend Cammarie enough! Everyone was very welcoming, and helpful and I simply cannot wait for my next appointment!

I went to the salon for some highlights to change my hair up. Katie Hawk did amazing with my hair and totally outdid what I was expecting (in the best way). This is actually Rori Schneller under a different google account! I love the environment and staff! Kristin lights up a room and her laugh is contagious. She always does an amazing job with my hair! Cam is my new nail girl and she does great as shown below! She has great energy and aura about her! Dani is full of personality and will entertain you while she beautifies you. Overall love the salon and will continue to go as much as I can!

Have been using this salon for about a year now. Very friendly gals. On the up n up with styles & trends, but will do whatever you want. Full service salon with nails and massage. Super fun decor and lighting. Love the chalk art wall! Changes monthly Have a ton of products for sale also, and they will suggest what would work best for you and your hair type, along with the look you are trying to accomplish.
They even call and let me know when they have my choices on sale! Casey will suggest things to me, but ultimately always does what I ask of her. I leave happy each time! Highly recommend. Easy to Schedule with. Conveniently located. Give them a try

I went for a perm. I had long healthy virgin hair below my shoulders. The stylist didnt wrap it correctly. I have had MANY MANY of these in my life. Stylists ALWAYS must wrap long hair piggyback or use special long perm rods. If not you get under processed hair with massive breakage and your head will look like a frizzy Q tip. That's what I got.
She wrapped it like you would short hair. Too much hair on each rod and the chemicals couldnt penetrate evenly. Breakage everywhere. The only time it looks decent is when its wet. It wont hold a curl because half of the ends are under processed. I called and nicely told them there was an issue with my hair. They had me come in and the manager basically told me it was my fault because I didnt tell the stylist my hair wouldnt come out right if it were not piggyback wrapped.
I asked her if this is what people could normally expect in her salon for 150 bucks. She said YES that's about it. No refund. I am going to no less than 15 graduation parties this month and next with people that know me. I will be seen by 100s of people. You CANT miss this frizzy q tip look. which I told her. I said "then i will be your best advertisement".
She got VERY loud and upset and said I was threatening her and to leave. IVE NEVER had anything like this happen before. I dont need the money, it's the point. Every single place I went to see what could be done about this said the same thing. Ask for your money back. Wait a bit then reperm it. Nothing can fix the breakage. This is truly awful.

I highly recommend having a color, cut and style from Mindy. She has been my hairdresser for several years and I appreciate her consistent quality work. Mindy is a professional who has learned how to schedule her clients so that she runs on time. Over the past few years I've worn many short hairstyles and colored my hair in a variety of ways. Mindy has the training and skill to do anything that I've asked.

UPDATE: Since my initial review, I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney General. It's gotten me nowhere. The owner has responded to each with lies and misinformation about me, rather than work toward a resolution. The girl who did my hair, (who shall remain unidentified by me), has even gone so far as to message a member of my family and tell her to "Stay out of it".
This family member merely sympathized with me on my Facebook page. Rather than take responsibility for any thing, they have resorted to character assassination, blatant lies, distortion of facts, and hair "shaming". What is "hair shaming"? Simply put, it's making a person feel bad for the condition of your hair. They have repeatedly stated that I used "boxed haircolor" prior to coming to them. Yes, six weeks prior.
So what? I am a fiscally conscious consumer. I can't afford monthly salon visits. I get to treat myself to a salon visit a few times a year. A lot of women are like myself. Why would someone try to make you feel "less than" because of that? It's disgusting. Meanwhile, the stylist, several of her co-workers, and even the owner herself, have all written their own glowing reviews about their salon in response to mine. It's pathetic. I'm done with these people. I just hope no one else is unfortunate enough to have an experience like mine.

Katie Burton did a wonderful job with my flat curly hair. After this long winter my hair was dry and had lost its shine. Katie spent an entire hour working on my hair. I left the salon with volume, shine and a great haircut. The thing that amazed me the most was how knowledgeable Katie is about hair. She really went above and beyond. Thanks Katie!

This salon has great energy, but not all the staff are as talented as the other. I was a bride here to get my hair done and Kaylee who done it did not do a very good job. She piled my hair in a big rats nest in the back of my head & then got rough with my hair when I told her about it. This page is for reviews, real reviews by real customers, this tells other people who they should and should not book with, ESPECIALLY FOR SUCH A SPECIAL DAY! & if this salon cannot handle real reviews, and feel the need to remove it, then they are not being true to themselves.
We all make mistakes, we are all human. But we also need to admit our weaknesses, and Kaylee's weakness is special day updos, simple as that. I had faith in the girl who told me she would put me with someone experienced when I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance! This review will go on Yahoo and elsewhere as well, where it cannot be deleted! The girl even had the nerve to tell me she wasn't using the hair pieces I brought in! I hope karma serves her on her wedding day!
