I went to Tony for a trim and blow dry today. For a simple job, he really took his time with me. He gave my hair a great bouncy style, as I asked, and played up my natural waves. As a bonus, it's a very clean salon. They have magazines in the waiting area. And parking is easy, right in the front or in the back -- FREE! They also play great music. I highly recommend. This is now my new home salon. I already made another appointment.

I have been going to Anton's for 12 plus years now and am always happy with the how my hair looks and receive tons of compliments.

I've been getting my hair cut by Maria for almost 5 years and have been happy with it every time. I usually go on Thursday and it is never overcrowded. I'm always able to get a parking spot in front, or back. The prices are really reasonable.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism I had an appointment for a haircut, but saw that the staff had mask down around their neck, working on a maskless customer. I left without using the services of this salon. Would give zero stars if I could.

I went to Anton's recently for a trim and color. I couldn't be happier! It took me a long time to grow my hair long again and Tony gave me a perfect trim. He also gave me highlights; exactly how I wanted. Also, clean and reasonably priced. Best of all, it's an Aveda Salon, which means it's cruelty free! And there's a free parking lot in the back. You can't beat it. I highly recommend. Thanks Tony!

The environment is relaxed and new clients are made to feel comfortable and welcomed. Some salons can be an intimidating place but Anton's doesn't fall into that category at all in my opinion. A friend recommended the salon to me about 4 years ago now and I've found, like with everything else in life, there is no substitute for good, solid experience.

Hair cutting or the art of coloring; be assured your "head" is in the hands of experience professionals who use good quality products and are as down to earth and friendly as a client could want.

Got my hair done there last week and it's still looking great! Got it done by this wonderful young lady her name is Jensen, she's the one with rainbow hair! Very great place!

I am so infuriated with my experience at this salon, i wrote a review about it. i wish i could give negative stars. IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR - YOU KNOW THAT A ONE CENTIMETER TRIM WILL LOOK LIKE AN INCH. this salon took what looks like FOUR INCHES off of my hair. i took off of work, i will have to straighten it everyday which will fry it. i am so livid - i will never even walk near this place again. i wouldn't recommend my worst enemy this business. ZERO STARS.

It takes a lot to piss me off to the point where downloading yelp for this horrific experience was necessary. i have extremely curly hair - asking to please not cut too much off (if you have curly hair you know you're hair will look shorter than straight hair). i went in asking for a trim and my hair was chopped in half. i took all my vacation days off of work because i am so embarrassed and disgusted with this look. i will be frying it straightening it for weeks - it will take at least a year to grow back maybe to what it originally looked like. i will never return to this salon. there is nothing but months - maybe years - that will rectify this situation. i went from growing my hair out to looking like annie. i might as well dye it red and quit my job. never again. beware.

I went to melody to do my hair. I wanted an ombre or something fun and funky with ash blond and my natural color a darker ash brown. The consultation took 30 mins which I appreciated the time they took and even the owner came over. I didn't like how they whispered like I wasn't there and told me my hair was a mess and bashed the previous stylist work.

Then she told me I couldn't do a baylage as my hair was too dark. She ended up doing a full head of highlights with brassy lowlights. I couldn't see the result as it's very dark inside the salon. She chopped off my hair and didn't blend my layers I hate the cut. I ended up going back to my previous stylist to fix the color and cut. Anton's charged me a lot for a haircut and color I hated and didn't look a thing like the picture I showed them. I love Aveda products but I would never go back to this salon!

I'm a long time resident of Fanwood but had never been a customer. There's a new stylist, Melodie, who cut my hair a few weeks ago and she's really tops, and her cuts are very modern! The price is very reasonable for a high quality cut and all the staff are friendly. I've gotten dozens of compliments!

I really recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and fast. The prices are very reasonable. I have tried other salon & spas and haven't been pleased as I was here. I went in not knowing what type of hair cut I needed and with Marie's advise my haircut turned out just great! Love this place

Prompt, professional service. Staff is very friendly. I maintain an undershave, which is a bit of an unusual request. My request was honored and executed perfectly. I can't thank them enough!

I visited Anton's searching for Aveda Salon and my experience was very professional and comforting. Goisa, the aesthetist was very nice and i liked her facial techniques. She introduced me to the products but no pressure to buy it. The salon is very clean and spacious, no clutter at all. I am very pleased and would like to try hair services next time.

As I am living overseas I just emailed the salon as a first time customer hoping to book several treatments while I am visiting my in-laws in the States. Their email response to me was so rude, terse, inflexible, and had such an attitude that I have not only decided to not give them my business, but to warn others to stay away as well. When will salons learn that their attitude of superiority does not change their zip code and that women are looking for a welcoming atmosphere not a card membership to "the cool club"? It doesn't matter how great the cut and services are if we leave feeling snubbed.

I have been a loyal customer for years. Maria and Tony for hair and Gosha for great waxing and facials. Always friendly, attentive and make it a relaxing experience. Good magazine selection and always offer you a coffee or tea so you can really kick back and relax while getting transformed.

I needed to find a new salon because I was tired overpaying for simple haircut. I read the two reviews on yelp both were good, so I tried Antons. Boy am I glad I did! The prices are reasonable the place is clean and pleasant to visit. Marie did a wonderful job styling my medium length hair cut into a wonderful short haircut. I brought photos of several variations of the short hair style I thought would look good on me. Marie did a great job.

My new hair cut is so simple to blow dry which I love because I swim. I've received hundreds, well at least dozens, of complements of how good my new look is. I will have now found a new salon that I will return to and recommend.

I've been going to Anton's for years and would never consider any other salon. The staff is experienced, adept, and friendly. As such, the service is of the highest quality. I've gone to lots and lots of salons in my life, but only Anton's offers the ideal: great service at a great price.
