Walked in an hour before close with only one other person in whole salon and didn't get serviced until 20 minutes later. They rushed and did not give me an option to get a higher grade pedicure by laughing when I asked for list of services as if I couldn't afford it due to being a young black women. I will never come back worst service Service: Pedicures

Visited Avalon for the first time to get an overdue pedicure. While the overall experience was pleasant and the staff was nice, I was charged for a much more expensive pedicure. I pointed out the pedicure I wanted at the beginning and trusted that that was the one I received. I ended up paying the other price ($18 dollars more than what I chose, not including the tip I left) because I didn't want to cause any issues. I recommend being very thorough and double checking to make sure you are getting the right pedicure/manicure.

I love this salon. I read some of the comments below and don't agree with the comments regarding poor polish color selection. They have always had plenty of choices (maybe some of the ladies who posted comments didn't notice the additional colors the salon has near the register). Everyone I have dealt with at the salon is really friendly and professional. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors I consider when deciding which salon I go to.
This salon meets my standards and expectations, I always watch what they are doing and I have never seen anything faulty. I would recommend this salon to my friends and family.
