I've been coming to Darren for years. Anyone who knows me. knows I have unruly crazy curly/frizzy hair. needless to say the Brazilian Blowout has been life-changing! What normally takes me well over 45 minutes to blow dry and straighten. now takes less than 10 minutes! Did I mention that Darren also got my hair from box-dye black. To a stunning blonde?!? Darren and his team are the absolute best!

Lynn is simply the best! I can't wait to see her because I always know she always does a fantastic job. Lynn is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I love Avanti Dezigns! Nicole does my hair and always comes out exactly what I wanted. I sometimes go back and forth on the hair color haha but I love it every time. When she was on maternity leave I had Amanda and she does amazing work too. You'll never disappoint & I recommend anyone who needs the hair done go see Avanti Dezigns.

I refuse to go anywhere else or to anyone else. Lynn is fantastic and helped me bring my horribly damaged, store box dyed hair back to life. The stylists are platinum certified for Brazilian Blow Outs, which is what brought me in originally several years ago. The atmosphere in the salon is amazing and beautiful. I've been going for a few years now and have been with them as they moved buildings. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to follow them if they need to expand anywhere else!

I regularly go here for my eyebrows when they get out of control. My eyebrows are an insecurity of mine, so when they're done, I feel so much better about myself! I love this place. Friendly people, amazing atmosphere, just a good time! I HIGHLY recommend you come to Avanti. Nicole is one amazing and stellar person, and she never fails to get my eyebrows perfect!

I can't say enough great things about Avanti.from Helene, the front desk staff to the professional staff.everyone is so professional and welcoming. Darren, my stylist, is a master of his craft. I love that he takes the time to talk about things that I want (when I need a hairstyle pick me up).he takes the time and explains the pros and cons and what to expect.

I so appreciate his professional opinion and he ultimately finds a way to "make it work". He is so amazing! Not to mention the laughs we have while in his chair. I look forward to my appointments! Best haircut cut in the area! I have short hair and I need a cut every 4 to 6 weeks. See Jen. She's GREAT! Receptionist is fantastic! You will really like the old firehouse that their in.

Nicole at Avanti dezigns is amazing, I've been seeing her since I was 18 she did my prom updo to my wedding up do. Nicole is a perfectionist, and always make my blonde hair absolutely beautiful every time!

I've been to many area salons. The stylists and staff at Avanti Dezigns are SO talented and SO nice. Years back I even started to bring my son there for haircuts. They treat him so well! They're very reasonably priced and they have an amazing selection of haircare product in stock. Avanti Rocks!

The owner is a very vocal Trump supporter. Please be aware of this before you decide to spend your money here. Some may be uncomfortable with this, others not. It's a personal decision and choice.

Darren from Avanti Dezigns is a hair genius. He goes the extra mile and really let's you know about your hair and what will work we'll with it. He provides an extremely comfortable experience and is a joy to talk to

Have been coming to Avanti Dezigns for some years now for my shelac manicure. Patricia does a great job getting the perfect shape for your nail while still successfully getting all the unwanted cuticles out! She is particular and has great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend her for your manicure/pedicure needs! Not to mention the multiple options for shelac colors other places tend to lack. Her shelac manicures can last me up to 3 weeks!

Wonderful experience. The upscale atmosphere adds to the beauty and relaxation of the salon. I had my nails done (gel manicure) by Angelica and am absolutely in love with the result. You definitely get your money's worth just in the sheer work that goes into creating a beautiful manicure and designs.

Had my hair done in an updo by Joann for a wedding I recently attended and I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. The salon is well kept and the people who work there are stylish and friendly.

Why isn't zero stars an option? $50 ($60 total with tip) for a half inch of my hair. No layers, nothing fancy, just a simple trim to neaten up my hair between visits to the salon I usually go to up in MA. Not the cleanest place in the world and the staff really wasn't friendly at all. When raised my eyebrows and questioned where they got the price from, her response was "this isn't supercuts, this is a high end salon." Please do your research, don't go here.

Favorite salon hands down they are very knowledgable and no what there doing I would never do my hair or nails anywhere else

The receptionist in this salon is so rude and ignorant that I would never give this business another dollar. There are many exceptional salons in RI, do yourself a favor and do your homework before coming here. No one deserves to be treated badly when you're paying for services.
