I've finally found my favorite waxing place! I've been getting sugared for almost a year and this wax did not hurt even half as much as sugar wax did! Courtney made the experience awesome and was very easy to talk too! Very clean facilities and everyone was so nice! 100% recommend this place

Had my first appointment with Beth today at Bare Bear Waxing. The facility was clean and inviting. Beth greeted me at the door and escorted me inside. Her room was spacious for a waxing room and it felt comfortable and inviting. She quickly got to work on my waxing needs. She was super efficient and fast! I was in and out in 30 minutes and loved my results.

I scheduled my follow up for 4 weeks out while I was still there. They offer more flexible hours than I'm accustomed too. Their pricing is super comparable to other waxing studios I've visited. Overall great experience!

10/10 will be back again. It was my first time getting waxed in a long time and Peggy was great! We talked and was able to distract me from what was going on, which totally helped. I wont go anywhere else! Polite, funny, knowledgeable technician. And clean relaxing facilities. At many places they send you out the door with leftover stickiness not here. I left not sticky and with a goody bag. I made an appointment online and came in at my scheduled time. There was no wait. I was offered water and a chance to use the restroom before starting. Also the least painful waxing experience I've ever had. Definitely going back!

My first appointment with Corrine at Bare Bear was a success! She is fantastic at making the client feel comfortable and at ease, as well as extremely efficient. This appointment took about half as long as my previous waxing experiences with other professionals and the results are perfect. It was honestly my least painful waxing experience. Completely "bearable"; as close to painless as one could expect.

She explained the product, process, gave me lots of options and checked in throughout to see if I was getting the result I wanted, and even sent me home with aftercare. A professional business. UPDATE: the results of my waxing lasted about half as long as long as when I've had sugaring done elsewhere. I'm not sure if it's the type of product or how quickly the service was performed that caused a different result. I still have a good opinion of the business and Corrine, just found the results interesting.

I seen Tamara for my wax yesterday and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable of the products she used and what was best for my skin.. i will definitely be returning and sending people her way!!

I just got my second Brazilian wax this morning and I couldn't be happier! Tamara is so fun and helps distract from the waxing, though it really didn't hurt too much to begin with! The whole process is super easy and comfortable. Best wax ever!

I went in as a first time customer and walked out with my next appointment scheduled for five weeks out. I absolutely loved my experience and how comfortable, clean and professional it was. Corinne is wonderful and a true pro! I would recommend her to anyone who asks.

Safe to say I'm obsessed with this place. First of all, the price points for each service are reasonable to begin with, not to mention their $10 and $20 dollar discounts for new clients. (Sign up for emails!) Another thing I really liked about Bare Bear is that nobody tried to upsell me. The salon offers products that you can purchase, but it is totally stress-free and not at all forced. Corrine made my first wax experience sooooo easy.

She was chatty, funny, and informative. Honestly, we either became actual friends in that quick 45 minutes, or there's just something uniquely bonding about having to trust a total stranger with your more sensitive bits and it not going terribly. Either way, I'll totally be back! If anyone reading this is hesitant to try waxing, just read the pre and post-care instructions on the website and don't be afraid to ask questions. Absolutely worth it.

Just saw Corinne for my first waxing experience ever and I am SO GLAD to have found her! I was really nervous and a little bit scared as I've never done this before, but she immediately put me at ease and felt like an old friend. Not nearly as painful as I had expected, and I had such a great experience that I have already booked my next appointment!

This establishment was very clean! I booked online with Emily and it was my first time ever getting a Brazilian. She made the whole experience very comfortable and quick. She answered all my questions and was so kind. Their information on pre and post care was very helpful and they even sell organic sugar scrubs to exfoliate with! I will definitely be back! OMG- I've been getting Brazilian waxes for a very long time & Peggy is the best in the business! THIS PLACE IS MY FAVORITE PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN! So glad my friend recommended this place. I am a giant baby when it comes to bikini waxes, but Peggy made it go by very quickly and it was the least painful wax I've ever had. The appointment was super easy to schedule online and Peggy was so friendly, quick and thorough I asked "You're already done?" When it was over. Definitely recommend this place and Peggy! This place is amazing! After reading several reviews for other establishments I chose this place. I chose right. So welcoming and friendly. They explain everything to you before, during, and after for the best possible care and experience. I was nervous about the pain factor but it wasn't an issue. First time doing a wax and it will not be my last, as long as my lady stays on board.

You will not be disappointed with anyone there I'm sure. They give good conversation as if you've known each other for some months haha! Everything went perfect. My daughter wants to go but you have to be 18 years and older so, she'll have to wait two more years. Worth it!

Ashley is so great and personable! Bare bear makes you feel comfortable and at ease about possibly being in such a vulnerable state! Great Brazilian wax for a good price and point system for a free Brazilian. Very clean and sanitary no double dipping in the wax. Ashley does a great job of taking care of everything you need done no missed spots or ingrowns and she can answer any questions you have about after care

I see Peggy for my waxing needs and she is AMAZING! She's always so friendly and has the best stories. Conversation always flows freely and there's a ton of laughs. The appointment flies by and before I know it we're done. There's no excessive or unnecessary pain. She's meticulous and pays attention to her work. I see her every 4 weeks and will continue to do so while I'm here in OK.

It's taken me a long time to write this because although I had a good visit, it wasn't the absolute best. First off, Ashley is adorable and scheduling an appointment with her is super easy. Now that she's moved over to Vagaro, I know it's even easier. I've used Vagaro with my usual esthetician back in Chicago. My only two gripes are 1) recommending Valerian root or kava kava as pre-waxing prep to help reduce pain and 2) during the actual waxing procedure, Ashley pulled, her grip slipped, and didn't finish the wax a few times causing me just a wee bit of extra pain (it hurt ya'll).

Other than that, she's super professional, personable, well decorated studio with her own artwork (she's an artist ya'll), and a wonderful post-prep bag that includes candy, coconut oil, Finipil sample, and a post-wax care card. The reason is because as a pharmacist. valerian root and kava kava are herbs that may potentially interact with people's medications and/or cause side effects. Kava kava for example, has the potential to cause liver toxicity. Herbals are not regulated like OTC products like Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Advil (ibuprofen) and the average person can find various products that are not completely pure or have the active ingredients properly measured out. Sorry, it just worries me a bit when there's recommendations for herbal consumption.

I think acetaminophen or ibuprofen are adequate recommendations for pain and reduction of inflammation. She does make the disclaimer: "Use only as directed. The information contained herein is not medical advice and is not be used to diagnose, treat, or cure any ailment or disease. Consult a licensed medical professional." Please please please consult with your doctor and/or pharmacist if you're going to try an herbal and you're taking prescription medications. As for her grip slipping a few times. it happens, but damn that hurt.

I had the privilege of receiving Ashley's services yesterday. I was a little hesitant because, well...if you don't know what a Brazilian wax is you have been under a rock the last 20 years. Let's just say your waxer gets very up close and personal with you haha Ashley is very professional and thorough. I am very impressed with how smooth I am, unlike getting laser hair removal! She is even a second form of therapy :) I will be returning to Ashley for all my waxing needs! Thank you Ashley!

Ashley is absolutely amazing! She is very efficient but also takes the time to do an immaculate job! You can schedule online, which is really nice to see what all appointments are available and work with your schedule. Ashley is very friendly and puts you to ease that you almost don't realize you are being waxed. I will definitely be back and cannot recommend her enough.

This is my regular wax salon and I adore Ashley! She's amazing. So sweet, fits me in based on my busy schedule, she's personable and fun to talk with. Best of all least painful Brazilian I've ever received. She's very thorough and gives discount for maintenance for her regulars. You can schedule online on her website and it's incredibly easy. Go see her. Tell her Sabrina sent you, you won't regret it and if you still shave go get waxed. It will change your life. lol you can thank me later.

I was very excited for my appointment today. I do not live in Oklahoma (visiting a few days from NYC). 53 minutes before (she gave me the exact amount of time!) the waxer Ashley sent me a text asking me to reschedule my appointment because she had a family dinner she had to cook for. This wouldn't be an issue if we didn't just travel an hour to get to her and purchase the yelp deal.

This is after I left Ashley a message earlier today asking her if she was open because of snow. The way she has handled this issue is beyond unprofessional. If this is how she treats her business I'm very glad I did not find out how unprofessional she would be with my waxing. I think the fact she texted me saying she had to cook dinner instead of calling me says it all!
