Services
Bliss massages incorporate a foot cleansing ritual and the use of Aveda essential oils to induce deep relaxation. Each massage will assure tension relief, circulation enhancement and overall wellness. A full body massage, encompassing warm stones with light to moderate pressure. Experience this time honored practice which brings deep, restorative rest.
Please notify Guest Care at the time of booking if you have a gender preference for therapist. Your spa time is held exclusively for you and your spa therapist. For this reason, we respectfully ask that you give a minimum of 24-hours advance notice for all cancellations/reschedules. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to take advantage of our relaxing spa facilities and to ensure the full length of your treatment.

Microblading provides our guests with fabulous new brows in an upscale and clean environment. Our brow artist uses a hand tool to implant pigment just below the epidermis. We use the Golden Ratio method to design a flattering shape for your face and you will leave with flawless, natural looking brows.

I've been going to Bliss for 6 years, but I am very dissatisfied with my experience this week. I received a text to confirm an appointment. I knew I would be unable to attend, as I had a family emergency and many things going on. I attempted to call, but no one answered. I responded to the text message, but no response (I assume it's automated).

If a patron is able to confirm via text/link, they should also be able to CANCEL via text. Your business intentionally makes it more difficult to cancel so you can charge customers even when no services are given. I understand for no call/no show, but it is poor practice to charge $88 when an attempt to cancel was made. It is the fault of your poor text/phone system. It's 2022. Do better.

Bailey was very sweet on my first time visiting Bliss Spa! I enjoy every minute of my signature massage and have already made my next appointment in a couple weeks. Would highly recommend to friends and family! 10/10

Cindy is absolutely amazing! She made me feel completely at ease and had me relaxed in minutes. She is my favorite and you will not go wrong if you choose her. I cannot wait to book another massage with her. Bliss is a wonderful relaxing spa.

Beautiful place. Everyone is sweet and easy going. They let you enjoy everything, don't rush you and treat you in a very special way. The massage was amazing, the best one I've ever had. The facial was great too! I recommend them 100%.

I have had dozens of massages, and Kayla gave me the best massage I've ever had. I was incredibly relaxed, but I didn't fall asleep, which I always hate when I do because I miss the massage. Kayla is a fantastic addition to the spa, and I can't wait to book with her again!

Sami did a wonderful job on my nails. She took her time and the end result was beautiful. The whole experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I left was better than I could have asked for. I definitely left feeling that I had been pampered! I scheduled my next appointment before I even left.

Excellent massage with Cindy today. She is hands down one of the best massage therapist ever! Diane gave me an excellent (much needed) facial and it was fantastic also. Highly recommend Bliss, Cindy & Diane!

To say I loved the signature massage I had today with Bailey is an understatement! I was in need of some relaxation and tension relief with my massage, and it was exactly what I experienced and received. Bailey is truly the best! Such a sweetheart! I go monthly for a massage and to relax. Being a pediatric home health nurse puts a toll on my body. I have noticed a big difference and I don't get headaches like I was getting. She offers great advice for stretching. I highly recommend Bailey, she is knowledgeable and always very professional.

Today was my first time at the facility, and the experience was phenomenal from walking in to exiting. Cindy was AMAZING. I've bragged on her and the experience to several people already, and I will highly recommend Bliss. I've already booked my next appointment, and even though Cindy wasn't available, I'm sure it will still be a wonderful experience based on the level of professionalism I witnessed today. When scheduling my spa day I was excited as I never had one before and couldn't wait to experience it. The spa coordinator was everything but friendly on the phone while I was asking questions and responded precipitously after I pointed out a pricing discrepancy on their website. I choose to go anyways and not let this initial experience define my relaxing day.

Upon arriving, the same spa coordinator was friendly and attentive, I arrived first thing as they opened to get started. See below for notes on each service: Locker Room - nice, clean, private, robes are nice, not a fan of the spa slipper type - remind of of a hospital, they run large so they fit everyone and fall off easily while walking. Infrared Sauna - wasn't up to temp, dirty floor, can't turn the light off, can hear everyone walking up & down the halls so it wasn't relaxing Spa Soak - an expensive, luke warm bath with lavender EO.

They also have a clock in the room right next to the bath that you hear tick every second for the duration of your soak. The snack provided was thoughtful. Body Scrub - Diane is amazing, friendly, warm and inviting. The scrub was nice, you do stick to the sheets during so that felt weird but your skin is so soft after. Aveda facial - Wonderful! Relaxing, good conversation with Diane.

Highly recommend. Deep tissue massage - Courtney is incredible. I've been to a LOT of deep tissue therapists and she went right in to my problem areas and I loved it. Highly recommend. Mani/Pedi - Tech was so so nice, the massage and exfoliation was pleasant. My pedicure turned out great, my manicure paint job on the other hand was not great.

Lunch - a dry sandwich from panera. It was still good, you eat in the relaxation room and you have chips and fruit, you can have water, tea or wine which is nice and they bring everything out to you. It would have been nice to have reading material, as I was in there alone. What I liked: clean products without synthetic fragrances, everything was on schedule - coordinated well with one service right after the other.

The house - turned spa was decorated nicely. After all services, I went to check out and I was surprised to find that I couldn't tip people individually - if I wanted to tip someone higher, I had to tip all techs higher because they split it "evenly" - which I disagree with. I didn't have a choice because I didn't have cash on hand and did not live locally. My recommendation: If you go, forget the soak and sauna, get a facial or deep tissue massage and bring cash.

I had confirmation for my appointments from them on my phone. The receptionist was really rude and snotty even after seeing my confirmations saying I was wrong and we never had that appointment and blamed me for the mistake refusing to come close to an apology. The bathrooms were not stocked with spa supplies. They moved our appointments around which ruined day spa plans. The massage therapist were great hope they can find better front desk workers!l

I search out AVEDA salons because of the consistency with the brand name and elevated level of service. I had a balayage, deep conditioning and hair trim for about $250+, it was worth it! I feel so good and some people didn't recognize me with the highlights (balayage)- it's refreshing. My stylist was Nancy and I'm very happy that I came here. Next, the Spa!

Fabulous facial and dermaplane this morning with technician, Macy. Best facial I've ever had and the most thorough dermaplane I ever received. Ask for Macy.she's great.

The staff are very friendly here. But this place displays a shocking amount of workplace discrimination by one of the male staff members. This issue has been brought to the attention of the owner on numerous occasions and nothing has been done about. Two employees that work there are adults with disabilities. I know them both personally. They are hard workers and do their jobs extremely well.

This staff member cusses at them, tells them that they aren't doing their job and proceeds to verbally abuse them on a daily basis. For this reason alone, I refuse to go to this spa until this issue is addressed and is put to a stop. No one should EVER be judged based on their "disabilities". EVER. I want this staff member either removed from this location or fired.

This should never ever happen and the owner needs to put a stop to it immediately. I leave this review in the hopes that others will bring attention to the injustice of this behavior towards these two amazing employees and that it will be stopped immediately.

Been here a few times. It is pretentious. not in a bad way. It is a luxury spa and unfortunately about the only olace in town to get a GOOD mani or pedi. (Not the only place to get a great massage though!). If you want luxury services at luxury prices and want people to be overly friendly. this is a great place. It is set up very well with all the services having their own space. The employees magically appear ready to work on you. It is very pleasing. Plenty of parking which is a needed change from the old facility.

One of the best salon and spas I've been to in a long time! I scheduled a gel manicure online, got an appointment the same day. I'm obsessed with Aveda products so I knew I wanted to stick with an Aveda Salon and Spa. The nail technician, Terri, was so kind and professional. I will definitely be scheduling with her again for my biweekly manis. She even gave me a tour of the spa and salon at the end of my appointment. I fell in love with this place, I can't wait to go back!

OMG I love this place. Every employee was nice and friendly. I felt relaxed the minute I walked through the door. Definitely get the Sole Soother foot massage. It felt so good! Brow wax was awesome. And Aleta gave me the best makeover hair cut. I love it. Scheduled my next tally. Going for a massage and hair color next time!

Love this place! Booked an eyebrow wax last min and they took me. I had to wait about 30 min for hard wax and they said since I had to wait it would be free. My eyebrows look amazing and I will definitely come back!

So disappointed. My husband and I had a 90min couple massage for our anniversary. The massage therapist was surprised I was pregnant (even though I made the appointment IN PERSON the prior week). She then said they didn't typically "do 90 min prenatal massages, but would make it work" I had to use the restroom half way through and they stopped my husbands massage as well!

Pressure was too light even after I asked her for more (assuming she was trying to be gentle since I'm so far along). No change & my husband complained of the same thing. $250 (before tip) and we both left in shock. Such a nice place, but beyond disappointed with the service.

I have only had my body massage here so I can only review that service but I love, love coming here! Everyone is very nice and welcoming and their new location is beautiful! First class on every aspect that i have seen. My therapist is Cindy Cook and she is very well trained and with her years of experience she knows how to deliver the best massage!

She listens to my needs and helps me with sciatic discomfort and other knitted up areas due to my occupation. Additionally, a lovely person who I look forward to seeing every month. If you go on a monthly basis there is a $10 discount on your massage.although that may have changed.but ask about it to see if it's available!

I got a pedicure and I will not go back for this service. The polish wasn't smooth, it was on my skin, and she told me I was done with out any time to dry. I left feeling like I could've done the same service at home.

After getting a pretty bad haircut at another place, I made an appointment with Renae at Bliss. I looked like Bozo the Clown and was near tears. I asked her to do whatever it took to fix it and left it up to her, with my fingers crossed. I was nervous because it had to be cut shorter than I've ever had it and she also gave me long bangs which I've never had.

I absolutely love it! Even after a day swimming at the lake, I got several compliments on my hair. Seriously? A cut so good even wind and gross lake water can't hide its fabulousness?! Renae is a magician.
