Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon. Guest is required to call within 2 weeks of the service received. For the safety of your children and the comfort and consideration of all salon guests, Bliss does not permit children in the salon area unless they are receiving services.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The owner is very professional, helpful and welcoming. The stylist that I worked with, Jamie Lea, was really helpful in helping me to determine my needs and made really great suggestions. I felt really confident that she understood what I needed, and did a really excellent job in providing professional advice. I look forward to my next appointment!

I've finally found my hair stylist and massage therapist, AND all in one location! The atmosphere is wonderful but the employees are even better. Everyone is personable and you really feel "at home". Definitely not a feeling I've ever felt going into a spa before. I won't go anywhere else and have future appts already scheduled. Thank you ladies!

I will never go anywhere else for the services provided by Bliss Experience. The staff is wonderful in every way, from skill sets to friendliness. They make you feel like a member of the family and always go out of their way to make sure your visit is perfect. I recently had knee replacement surgery and Stephanie called me just to check in and make sure I was doing okay. In addition, Bliss is an Aveda salon, meaning you get high quality products that are ethically produced.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value The staff is amazing. I like that Bliss sends reminders and confirmations for my appointments. Every time I walk into the salon for I am greeted with a warm hello and am immediately checked-in. I mostly have my appointments with Olivia and she is always on-time.

I have my hair done by Heather and couldn't be happier! She's a perfect fit for me. I also went in for my first ever waxing and of course I was a little nervous but Olivia took the time to explain everything and guide me through the experience. Stephanie has been my stylist for 9 years. She fully tries to understand my ideas and works with me. She's very knowledgeable and open to opinion. On occasion due to scheduling conflicts I have had to go to another stylist, but honestly she's the only one who "gets" me and my hair. I get compliments on my hair all the time! I would highly recommend her. Also, the ladies who work the front desk are very helpful and kind.
