I've been getting my hair dyed/cut by Dee for almost 4 years. She's fantastic! I haven't worked with any of the other folks, but the salon is clean and comfy and no one has ever been rude or disrespectful. It can be a bit cold during the winter time because of all the windows, so I recommend bringing a blanket or wearing an extra layer if you get cold easily!

I have had to reschedule twice now. First time they called me to tell me that the stylist was now on vacation. Second time, the stylist was leaving early that day so they moved my appointment time up and asked me to come between 130-145 so I got there a few mins past 145 and they told me my appointment was for 130 and they couldn't fit me in anymore - and I couldn't get my original time back. 130 was never specified, I was just told to come around then. I live in Bellingham so I can't keep driving down here, wasting gas for nothing.

Okay first off, I had an appt at 3:30 I called to let them know I would be late. They said that's fine. I get there at 3:46 and the lady at desk tells me they can't take me. Okay? I just called and let you guys know I was gunna be late. She said "well I didn't talk to you" okay well who did then? That's fine they won't be getting my money
