Cancun Tan is a locally owned and operated family business that started in 1994. That first location was in Hurst near the North East Mall. In 2000 we expanded by opening our second location in Grand Prairie. Since then, Cancun Tan has grown to a total of six family-owned and operated superstore locations primarily in Tarrant County.

Mixed feelings, been a member there for a few years. Sometimes I go months without visiting and never complain or request refund during a few closings during covid. Anyways I walked in today explaining to the young lady that it has been several months when she asked what bed. I told her again it has been several months do not want to burn and her reply we only do suggestions on new clients bed 6 (which is probably the most basic ) and 5 minutes, that was all was said to me. Needles to say after those 5 minutes i addressed this with the lady of her rudeness and making me feel like I have interrupted her day. And cancelled my membership. Work on your communication with you customers.

Awesome beds was tan in 4 days. Be careful beds are hott n will burn ya if ur not use to it. Great people. I love it there

Have been going there about 10 years on and off. Very nice and clean and always updating the inside. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Good beds even of you buy the cheapest plan!

Allot of people on here give them a bad rep, I go here a few times a week. Staff remembers my name so all I have to do is go in and tell them what I wanna do and walk to the room I chose. It's clean, staff is friendly. I forgot my tanning goggles a few times and they were nice enough to ask me if I wanted to leave a pair there behind the desk since I come allot. I pay for the mid tier package which is about $47 a month I believe.

The free membership for a year is true! Maddie was very helpful and nice and I appreciated her help. I hadn't tanned in ages and she was very thoughtful and helpful. Very clean, looking forward to my next tanning session.

The worst experience ever. Do not go here. During Covid they charged me $350 and I have not been since March 5th/ I am 48 and have underlying health issues. Only way to cancel was to come up there.maggie was letting people up ahead of me.instructed me to wear a mask when others didn't have to wear it. She kept saying I just work here I an new- I tried to compromise with her. tried to give my daughter my up grade instead of me tanning, when I pay top dollar for this service and have not been Covid. This was the worst case of non common sense in my life. Worst case of customer service I've experienced! I feel robbed.

I've done the spray tan here in the past, I went again after a while of not going. and this is what I'm dealing with a few hours later. My neck and arms, really most of me looks like I rolled around in dirt instead of tanning. I've always been happy before so I'm not sure what happened since the last time.

Horrible customer service! Bought a groupon in March of 2017. Called and asked if I could use another one in July of 2018 and wS told yes. Redeemed it a few days later and have tanned a few times a week until Thursday November 8th when the girl informed me my account was closed and I was no allowed to tan. Supposedly I was not allowed to but another Groupon so I cant tan anymore. Even though they allowed it for four months! No call, explanation nothing!

I got a 29.00 Groupon Tanning certificate and was fairly pleased. The staff is okay and the facility is usually clean. My yearly promotional Groupon offer expired two weeks ago and went to purchase a regular membership (19.99 a month x 12 months 240.00 dollars) and the girl told me that I would have to pay a 20.00 processing fee. I questioned it and she stated had I did it before my membership expired it would be waived.

She stated she would have to charge it now and it would not be waived. WOW. what a great business model! a 20.00 processing fee cost this company a 240.00 membership! FYI. Tanning in general is a dying business!

Excellent salon, always clean. Basic and Super beds, red light therapy, hydro spa, awesome bronzing bed. I went from hyper-white to brown as a biscuit in barely 3 weeks. Reasonable upgrade packages, friendly staff and good selection of lotions. the only negative thing I can say is that the lotions must be purchased in house. the $73 lotion I paid for I found online from multiple vendors none of them over $21 so the markup is a bit ridiculous.

Love Cancun Tan, RLT bed. Red Light Collagen has helped my skin spots and wrinkles disappear and clear up my dry skin issues that I have had for years. I feel so good when I look in the mirror and see the difference making me feel really good about using this bed because it really works! Cancun Tan has the most freindliest staff I have ever met.

This was the worst spray tan I've ever gotten. The girl at the counter had horrible customer service as well. My face was all blotchy afterwards. I had to wash it off right away. I told the girl at the counter who said that it was normal for it to be blotchy and uneven.

Just went in and saw Paul. Thought this would be the best way to say Merry Christmas. I love going here not because the beds are great, which they are. Not because the variety of other services, which they have. But truly because of Paul. Granted I find myself spending more money on the other packages they offer, but that just means he's a goods sales man.

I tan at lunchtime mostly and it is just a nice break in my day to go in and see his smiling face. He definitely makes the place enjoyable. So thank you Paul for always doing such a good job and putting a smile on face.

I tanned at Cancun tan a few years ago and always had a good experience. There was always beds available, it was always clean and the staff was always friendly. My problem now is that the card I had on file at Cancun tan expired or was replaced by my bank(it's been a few years so I don't remember) and instead of giving me a call when my card declined they continued to rack up this bill upwards of $500.

If any other bill in my life (water, cell phone, electricity) goes unpaid for a month it gets shut off. Makes sense if there is no payment to stop the service. I can't wrap my head around why I was charged. Now I got a letter I the mail letting me know they were sending my info to collections. I do not have $500 to pay especially on a service I was not using.

I was not tanning during any of the months for which I was charged! I just don't get it. I was also never contacted personally by anyone from Cancun tan, I just received a letter in the mail letting me know I owed them several hundred dollars.

This is a great location and convenient for me, but these beds are absolutely disgusting. They need to be cleaned bad! Who wants to lay next to dead skin and hair? I pay $29.99 for this.

I absolutely love this salon. I've never been greeted with anything less than a smile, staff is always happy and friendly, salon is spotless, beds are awesome, and I've never had an issue with the spray tans. Paul and Ashleigh are awesome, so helpful with any questions and never push a sale of any sort, unless it benefits you. They constantly run great sales and make sure you are aware before you leave. Thanks Paul for the membership upgrade too, excited to use the new beds!

Love this place! Paul is super nice and helpful, willing to answer questions and show you around the place. Only downfall is for the mid priced package I bought you only have 2 options for tanning, one bed and one stand up. I've only had to wait twice tho, that's not bad.

The staff is very friendly, but you can tell there is high turnover. They are not pushy at all which is nice. The major downfall is this is the dirtiest salon I've ever tanned in! Just a good deep clean and it would be perfect!

The staff is always friendly, and they never fail to greet you with a smile! They don't push products down your throat which I highly appreciate! Beds are always clean and the rates are very low! Love this place!
