First of all, the atmosphere of this salon is chic and inviting. Paula, my stylist, takes the time at each appointment to discuss what I envision for my hair and my options. With her expertise and talent, she has never steered me wrong! If you enjoy being pampered (and who doesn't?), this salon will not disappoint. A mini massage in the shampoo chair and a touch-up on your makeup are part of the experience.
They offer a variety of other services, as well. This is also where I purchase amazing Aveda products. Because this is a Pure Privilege salon, you get the added bonus of earning rewards.

Paula runs a top notch salon with a calm vibe and great products. Her haircuts and color are outstanding! One of the best salons I have frequented. Make sure to add a mani/pedi with Felicia to your visit to Chevalrie. Just relaxing and chatting with this lovely woman is wonderful, but her meticulous and soothing care is exceptional. Her manis last longer than average. An absolute delight!

Highly recommend Felicia Yarboro. She waxed my eyebrows and gave me the best facial I've ever had. She's super gentle even when it comes to waxing and knows all the tricks to where my eyes won't swell! She is also very fun and sweet to talk to while I'm getting pampered. She's the only person I trust with my brows and the only person I allow to do my facials because she knows a lot about her products. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My first visit at Chevalrie today, Molly is AWESOME and I will be returning! I noticed a beautiful cut and color on a friend a few months ago. When I discovered Molly was the hair professional responsible for this superb hairstyle, I abosolutely HAD to schedule an appointment with Molly. I was at a loss for words once my service was complete. My spirits were lifted 1,000 times when I left!

I am absolutely disgusted by the way this salon treated one of my co-workers. She went in with multiple pictures of what she wanted her hair to be colored like and specifically requested that she did NOT want any orange or yellow tone to her hair, but when she came out of the salon her hair was BRIGHT orange. She was so upset and called the salon back, politely asking them to fix their services.
Instead of being understanding, Paula humiliated her in front of a salon full of patrons. Paula told her she had two options on how to fix her hair and then made her recite what her "options of hair color" were in front of the entire salon like a child. She berated the client and then charged her full price of 185 dollars to fix her mistake. I am absolutely appalled by this service and will never be going to this establishment.

Ive been getting my hair done with Brittany for a few years now, and I walk out loving it every time. I don't trust many people with my hair especially because blonde highlights can be tricky, but she does a fabulous job! Call a few weeks in advance for an appointment because she's very popular! The rest of the staff is always friendly and upbeat, and I've never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!
