I went to Classic Hair Designs Salon and Spa to have my hair foiled, cut, and styled. I recently decided to change hair dressers for a change. When I called to schedule the appt. I told them who did my hair last and what processes my hair went through for my last three appointments so they were aware of everything so they could make an informed decision about further processing my hair.
The hair dresser said that my hair should be ok to proceed with a full foil. When she was done it looked beautiful. She told me not to wash my hair for about a week. After a week, I washed my hair and conditioned it. When I started combing my hair it began to break off in clumps about an inch from my roots. I called the salon and told them what was happening and they had me come in for a deep conditioner and a hair cut, but charged me for the cut.
After another couple of weeks my hair continued to break so I called them for another haircut to get all the damaged hair cut off. The receptionist told me that they would not see me again and canceled my next appointmet. They absolutely refused to take responsibility for damaging my hair. In 30 years of getting my hair done there were three incidents that my hair needed to be corrected.
The salons involved all accepted responsibility for their mistake and fixed my hair free of charge no matter how many visits I needed to have until it was fixed. This salon is completely unprofessional and they do not deserve your business.

This was my first time coming and I'll definitely be coming back. Madi was great! I was looking for a personally owned hair salon to go to rather than a chain given the pandemic; to help smaller businesses. This one was actually 5 min from my house and I found a salon that I will now make my permanent spot! Their prices are great and they are very sweet people!

I've always been 100% happy with the service provided and absolutely in love with my hair when I leave. I dont know much about hair products, so I always default to their opinion. Abby is so wonderful and helpful. I would recommend Classic Hair Design, especially Abby, to anyone who is looking for somewhere to go.

Cute shop with a cozy feel. Shelby is amazing, especially with blonde hair. One of my friends recommended going here, and I have had amazing experiences ever since. Shelby listens to everything I am looking to do with my hair, offers suggestions, and also thoroughly explains the whole process so I am in the loop. I've turned into a walking billboard for her work to where all of my coworkers have started coming here too! Definitely recommend!
