Cut & Color Room

This lovely God sent Salon is beyond any 5 stars I could give! Ms. Mildred is a hair Goddess. I had to come to her after a horrible experience with another salon that I had to settle for because Ms Mildred was busy the day before. I called her to explain my mistake and she immediately told me to come to her shop and that when the MAGIC HAPPENED! I have tears of joy writing this.

It is so hard to find great customer service and well as someone that takes value in the craft. Ms Mildred Thank You so so so so much and look forwarded being on the VIP List and I will be seeing you next month as scheduled.

An excellent hair cut! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing but still uplifting and friendly. I changed hair salons and couldn't be happier with their service. Their host at the front is always courteous and booking an appointment is very easy and straight forward. I do highly recommend this place and will be a regular going forward.

Janna is amazing! She spent 3-5 minutes getting to know me and what I was hoping for, and then she went to work. My hair turned out better than I had ever hoped for (and with a last minute appointment). Thank you for helping me feel so much better

I went to Cut & Color for the first time today. Steve was my stylist and he was an absolute pleasure. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and was the perfect amount of talkative! I like a little bit of talk here and there but not too too much and he was right there with me on that. His attention to detail is wonderful and he was very true to how much he said he'd be cutting.

Many a time I've had a stylist say "I'm just going to take off a little" and then proceed to cut off two inches. Steve genuinely removed very little and showed me exactly how much he was taking off. The atmosphere is so nice also, it's got darker colors which normally I wouldn't like but it lends itself to a relaxing vibe in this case! Very very nice place.

I came in and had a lot of positive attention. The ending left a bad taste in my mouth. My hairdresser (since she had me wait over 30 minutes) told the cashier to give me one of the services for free. The cashier seemed to completely not hear her out, and charged me anyways. I really wish it was different, so many positives, just one cashier making a poor judgment call

I love Janna! She is cute as a button and so personable! My hair is thinning and I needed to cover the forehead. She listened and did exactly what I wanted! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

Everyone here seems very nice and accommodating and the prices are reasonable. I got my hair cut by Janna and she did a fantastic job! First I'll speak on the salon itself. It is very clean, welcoming and the whole staff is very professional and nice! Second I'll speak on my stylist, Ashlee. I've been going to Ashlee for awhile now and I will not let anyone else touch my hair from now on other than her. From the beginning shes been very professional and there has been ZERO surprises with her which I believe is key with hair color.

She's been very upfront with me since day 1 on my hair journey to get as light as I wanted while still maintaining the health of hair. I've been to many stylists in Florida that I've brought pictures in to give them an idea of what I'm looking for and in result they sold me a dream and I always left very brassy and yellow and not the icy and ashy tones I wanted. I never have anxiety going to the hair salon anymore and I have Ashlee to thank for that!

I went in for a hair color/ highlights for my upcoming wedding. I brought in a picture of the color I wanted. The picture I brought in was a picture of me and the color I normally have it done.( Which is a Is copper red) I showed the pictures to Ashley who did my hair, and she showed it to her coworker who gave her some tips on what color she should use.

As I'm watching it dawned on me my color up top was a brown color, I asked her if it was Brown as she stated no. About 3 and a 1/2 hours later they wash my hair and dry it and long story short it was nothing compared to the color I showed them. I explained to her It was not the color I was looking for. Ashley stated oh I will put it in my notes and we'll try it again different next time.

My dilemma is i don't have a next time I'm getting married Friday i spent over $300 on something i really don't think was worth it and I'm not happy with. I told the nice young lady up front the same exact thing and they did nothing about it. I'm a little disappointed. ( the picture I brought with me which is me at salon with the lighter Cooper color and the one that they did is standing outside their Salon with some Dark red color in front of a yellow brick wall.)

I decided to get a touch up color and highlights done. As a first time customer, and out of town visitor, Josh, blew my expectations out of the water! Not only did he take his time to ask what would make me happy, we discussed clear expectations, and cost up front. He stayed past his shift to ensure the end outcome was exactly what I wanted. He even gave me the haircut I always wanted, but no one could ever get it right.

The end outcome was fabulous! I felt like I was working with a skilled artist. I felt so welcomed by the entire team at the salon. Later in the week, both of my daughters had their haircut done. Juliette was so personable. The haircut was amazing! This is my go to salon in Florida. Josh is the stylist I trust to do what's best for my hair.
