Horrible experience. I have never been talked to or treated with such disregard. The gentleman that started doing my nails not only cut my pinky but also just put thick globs of acrylic on and did not smooth to cuticle. I kept asking him if he was sure that he was doing it correctly. He hushed me and eventually called in another gentleman. The gentleman that came in filed my globs of acrylic so aggressively that he also made my pinky bleed in another place.
He finished my nails but was angry, rude, raised his voice, and had absolutely horrible customer service skills. I will never attempt to get my nails done at this establishment again!
