Stylist was energetic and enthusiastic on the phone when we discussed what I wanted. My appointment the next day I kept thinking, "where was the stylist I talked to?" What she did, I could have done myself at home and it was not at all what we discussed. This place has gone down hill and out the door from how it use to be back some years. It was classy in the past and you knew the stylist were going to be some of the best in town. It was expensive but you got what you paid for. First class service. Not anymore. I'll never go back again unless they reinvent and make it worth the high cost.

I took my baby with me. The massage therapist, Muna, I think, was wonderful. Even when my baby got fussy. I also got my hair color done. Best color ever. Britnee, I think. I'm writing this several months later. (Baby girl is. time consuming. LoL). So my awesome husband has told me I have to go back for another spa day for our anniversary. He's taking the day off work to take care of baby girl. Just for me to get to go to the Forum. I'm very excited. Awesome anniversary present.

Got my hair and makeup done by Sara Hopkins today for a photo shoot. The majority of the time was spent on the makeup so there wasn't a ton of time left for hair. I really wanted to be able to have curled loose hair but she talked me out of it since she said my hair won't hold with the weather. Honestly when I left salon the weather wasn't that bad at all.

She could of just curled my hair liked I wanted initially. For my makeup I wanted full coverage and she gave me that but after I left I noticed how much darker my face was compared to the rest of my skin especially my neck. It looked at least 2 shades darker. I felt like I rubbed a bunch of fake tan on my face that was not blended very good at all.

You could clearly see where the makeup ended right under my jaw. After being able to get a better look at my makeup I was soooo disappointed with the contouring too. I didn't have any ideas for my hair after my curled hair idea was shot down. My photoshoot was casual so I didn't want a over the top hairdo or something too formal looking. One of her ideas was a large braid which at first was fine.

First for the hair she teased it to give it volume but then I looked like a 80's pageant queen contestant. The second time she brushed out the tease and it was a little better but it still was a hair style I could of done myself. It was just a mediocre hairstyle that isn't worth the money I paid for. The eyeshadow was pretty but that was probably the only thing I did like.

I HATED my overall look so much that I canceled my photo shoot. My appointment felt rushed the entire time and My photoshoot was scheduled for 1130 and I still had to go home a change into my outfit. By 11 her next client was there So I really didn't have time to have her change my look which would of been just about everything. I called to see if I could be reimbursed in any way considering it was $130 (even after she stated she would take $20 off because not curling my hair) but of course she doesn't refund which doesn't surprise me.

She wanted to meet me halfway with a free hair service for next time but nothing with makeup but honestly I wouldn't ever get my hair or makeup done by her again. She stated before I left she could of changed anything to my look but seriously. I know she wouldn't of taken another hour to do my service when she had another client waiting. I've been to the Forum before and really liked my experience with another makeup and hair stylist but she was already booked so that's why I took the chance with Sara Hopkins. I would highly not recommend her to do your service especially if you want makeup done. I will never ever go to her again.

Danielle has been cutting my hair for three years and does an amazing job everytime. She's skillful, friendly, and her prices are more than fair.

Muna is the most amazing brow threader I have ever had! I've been seeing her for two years now and she has helped me achieve the most perfect brow shape. She really cares and puts thought into her work. Amazing attention to detail.

Sugaring. Is. Amazing.! I have waxed for the last 10 years however, I highly recommend going to see Muna for sugaring. Her process not only removes hair, it also removes the dead skin cells from your pores. Leaving your skin not just hair free smooth but also soft. Another bonus about the process is that it's less painful than waxing. Muna is amazing and very knowledgeable on skincare.

Muna's work is wonderful. Body sugaring removes hair with less pain than waxing. I followed her here from her other location. She is the best. Her massages and facials are the most relaxing. I go to no one but her!

Love Muna, she is awesome and really care about you, She do my Brazilian, massages and facials, I love her job. I followed her from the other locations to here, I've been seeing her for more then two years now, she is very kind person.

Dawn has been my stylist and friend for many many years. She is an awesome person and knows her business. She always trys to accommodate any conflicts that I might run into with my schedule. I would definitely recommend the Forum because of the variety of services they offer.

Dawn the owner is my stylist and I adore her! She's absolutely wonderful and will genuinely listen to your wants and needs! I recommend her daily to my clients that compliment my hair and will continue to do so for years to come!
