When I called to make apt I told her what I wanted, when I got there she told me it would be a process, she made my hair darker then what it was before I came in, I wanted white blonde, she said she couldn't do it I've done it myself at home so I didn't get that, not happy with my orange roots she gave me. I should've stated I wasn't happy, so it's my own fault, I'm looking for new colorist
