I absolutely loved my first experience at Genesis Medical! I was referred to Genesis Medical by Katie Bachor and she was the best! The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and timely for my appointment. My skin feels so soft and I've already noticed that my acne has started clearing up after 10 days! I have struggled with acne for 5 years and decided it was time to do something about it.

As a female in my early 20s, I have been self conscious about my hormonal acne and worried about my scarring. As my first treatment, I was excited to do the microdermabrasion and laser genesis. The microdermabrasion was a gentle suctioning/exfoliating feeling and the laser genesis felt like a soothing, sunbathing sensation. Katie did a wonderful job making the experience very calming and soothing.

She finished the treatment with the Hyaluronic Moisturizer, Pure Squalane, and a collagen-infused hydration mask which was the perfect cooling touch for the end of my treatment. I have been using their acne medication (RX Cream #6) 3x/week and I have already noticed a difference! I will definitely be coming back for another treatment!

I wish it were possible to leave 10 out of 5 stars. I have been to quite a few med-spa offices over the years. While none have been a bad experience, this office by far is stellar. The receptionist is exceptional in communication and answering questions you may have, when deciding if this is the right place for you. Amy, the nurse, goes into depth in your consultation, so your expectations are realistic and what you want, rather than what she likes. Pricing is exceptionally reasonable and the location is pristine. There is not a single con, in my opinion.

I am so happy with my fillers. Even though I am seventy-seven, the treatments exceeded my expectations. This is my second visit and each time Amy helps analyzes problem areas and makes suggestions for achieving results. I trust her completely. She is very good at what she does and I like working with her. She even called several days later to see if I was doing well. Genesis is a professional spa sensitive to clients and their issues.

I love Genesis Medical. Tracy, the wonderful, smart, calm and moderate gal who does all my treatments has excellent judgment and skill. She does exactly the right specific things suited just for me. She recommends things I don't know about, and she tells me if my own ideas aren't right for me. She uses a light hand with the logic that coming back again to get more is better than doing too much and regretting it.

I am always happy with the results of the treatments Tracy has given me. Always! The office staff is very friendly too. I think it is dumb to shop for price when you're having something medical done, especially to your face, but I am sure Genesis Medical has really good, competitive prices.
