Amazing! We had a corporate event here, and everything was just delightful. Everyone loved it. Sam was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and patient with us through many special requests and changes. She made us all feel so welcome and taken care of. I've had many massages in my life, but the massage I received from Beautiful was one of the best I've ever had.

The memory foam massage table and silky soft sheets completed the experience. The relaxation waiting rooms were perfect for our event. Everyone left feeling pampered and relaxed. Thank you so much for making our Team Legacy Spa Day simply grand!

To celebrate my boyfriend's birthday I treated us to a couple's massage. We booked the large couple's massage room and we were not disappointed! The ambiance of the dimly lit chandelier and the glow from the fire place was both tranquil and romantic. Our massage therapists were Nikki and Paul and they were both wonderful! They made us feel comfortable and massaged us into the deepest state of relaxation.

Small attention to details during the massages did not go unnoticed and added to our experience- hot towels infused with mint, a warm neck towel, and eye pillow. The experience was perfect! We can't wait to do this again next month for our Anniversary.

I have been to grand spa a handful of times through the years and enjoyed the different spa services they offer however, this holiday season, I saw a December promotion on their website offering an additional $50 gift certificate with a purchase of a $300 and thought it was a great deal and purchased one for a friend of mine online. I also told many of my other friends about the promotion in case they needed gifts for their loved ones as well.

I ordered my gift certificate online, using a link on the same website that the specials were advertised under and didn't receive the extra $50. When I called the store a couple days later, they said the gift certificate had to be purchased in store. I mentioned to the receptionist that there was no mention of this restriction on their website and they said there was nothing they could do.

I also can't return the $300 gift certificate and rebuy it in the store. So then I had to tell my friends who had purchased these gift certificates as well, on my recommendation, that they were no longer going to receive the offer that was promoted. This is not an honest way to do business.

Wynn was AMAZING. I've had countless massages in my life and he surpassed them all! Lots of attention to detail. Thankful I met him.

My children gave me a mothers day gift gift from "Grand Spa" in Dallas this year. I had my day of beauty this past weekend and I definitely give this amazing spa a 5++! The staff was very experienced and excellent. I walked out of the Grand Spa feeling totally Refreshed and Normal Again. After over a year in "Pandemic Living:, I needed a spark of pampering to make me realize it was time to think about how I looked and how I felt about me. Thank you my new friends for helping this old girl feel good about herself again! Will be sending my husband over soon for his day of pampering! Best Mother's Day gift ever!

I absolutely love and recommend Grand Spa, it is my all time favorite spa in Dallas and my favorite place to unwind & relax. Everything from the facilities to the office staff are top of the line, I am continually impressed by Grand Spa! I see Chelsea for my injections and she is INCREDIBLE. I love that I can 100% trust her with my injections and I'm really happy with the results I'm seeing.

I have referred my sister & other friends to her and I'll continue to do so! In addition to being talented at what she does, Chelsea is so thoughtful, and a blast to talk to / be around. Shawn has been my aesthetician for the past couple of years now and I absolutely love going to see her as well. She will take care of all your facial / waxing needs and I've had the most fun talking with her / getting to know her. As someone who struggles with acne it has been life changing for me to have found Shawn, my skin is so much better because of her.

Awesome spot. Customer service was awesome, service was awesome, prices were awesome. It was clean, it was relaxing, it was inviting, and lots of fun. It's a place for your friends, your mom, brothers or your husband. Truly something for everyone. I'll be back often.

I have gone to the Grand Spa for over 10 years and have never once been disappointed. Great massage, hair, nails, pedicures and so much more. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere and always worth the drive from Frisco Nothing better in life than spa day!
