We had a "home hair color" emergency in our family. A friend recommended this place. The colorist there REALLY knows what she is doing! She used several colors to repair this disaster, and highlighted and low lighted with extreme patience. The results are amazing! you would never guess this person colors her hair, or that hours before she had looked like a Marilyn Monroe Wannabe! Thank you so much!

I just have one word to sum up my whole experience with this salon "odd". Strange location, no atmosphere and it doesn't get any better. That is just the initial feel. Once inside the door, don't expect to be greeted with a warm welcome. Your left just standing there feeling extremely awkward. My daughter's appointment was with the owner who spent a good amount of time on the phone.
I will give her credit that she did a nice job on her color but that is the only positive I can come up with. The final blow, she charged me $120 for her root touch up! I paid a premium for this "odd" experience. Learn from my mistake.don't waste your money at this salon.

I called Hair4You to see if they did nails. The lady who answered the phone was very blunt and very unwilling to talk to me or even answer my questions. She said yes they had a nail tech there, but no openings and went silent! Didnt even ask or mention me coming in another day! So i had to ask, are their no openings for today, or just never?! Made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was bothering her by trying to bring her buisness!
If you own a salon you should be expecting people to call In trying to make appointments, since that IS the way they make their money. After calling around town, they were the only ones id refuse to go to. And their customer service or lack of is exactly why.

Very unprofessional. When I went in, I wasn't even acknowledged and was standing there for a few minutes wondering if the place was even open because there was just a group of girls there chatting. I couldn't spot anyone who looked like they were working. After a couple girls left, I asked if I was in the right spot, and indeed I was. The salon looks nice inside despite the sketchy location, but the girl who did my nails was scattered, running around trying to gather everything for my appointment when I had already been waiting for 10 minutes.
My manicure was quick and awkward. plus there are very few options for nail polish. No drying in between coats or after, I left with mushy nails and instructions not to touch anything for 4 hours. Seriously?! Overall I felt like I had gone to a friends house who was learning to do nails. These other wonderful reviews must be friends of the owners, I'm sad I believed them and went there for my manicure. I won't be going back.
