My daughter went in for an underneath color and face frame with pink. They told me it would be more than what they quoted on the phone but gave me a max amount it would be when I got there. I was completely fine with that as I know it changes with what they need to do. It ended up being OVER double of what they quoted for the max amount and this was without the haircut she was going to get as well, just the underneath color and face frame.

When I asked them about it they were quite rude and did not care about the cost that I unfortunately would not have gone through with if they let me know how expensive it would have been and how far over the max they told me. Not only that but the permanent pink that was put in her hair for an extreme cost washed out within a week. After 2 weeks it has turned into patchy spots and is very disappointing.

I wish they would have been at least polite about the issue and understanding why I was upset about such a drastic cost change. Not only that but the color did not even last a week. We had been seeing a different hair stylist for hair cuts and she did a good job but this incident and how it was treated will have us never going back.

I've never felt more welcomed or experienced such amazing customer service for lash extensions like this place! Leaving with a set that I loved for half the price of my normal place blew my mind. Mariah is a fantastic lash artist and so kind! I never knew lashes were supposed to be this great until I came here. I made the switch after being at the same lash place for 3 years! Absolutely no regrets whatsoever.

All the staff are great! excellent services and products offered. Dana, my favorite esthetician does all my tints, waxes and the most relaxing and rejuvenating facials.

Bought wife a gift card for a service. When she went soon after she got charged more for service over and above the giftcard. I asked online for explanation but got none. She finally got reply but received arguments and excuses. No apology. The service itself was fine but the way complaint and overcharge were handled was not professional nor apt to promote referrals.

I always feel so welcome when I walk in the door at the Hair Company. My stylist is Sarah and she is so fun to chat with while she does my hair. She always makes sure that I am happy with my hair before I walk out the door. She did a great job on my foils and I will continue to go back to her!

First time at Hair Company and Spa, and my experience was great. Kayla did my Classic Lash Extensions, although I have had lashes before I wasn't sure what to expect. Kayla made me feel welcomed/comfortable, did beautiful work and was knowledgeable about the service she was providing as well as future facial services. I will be back!

Maddie did a great job on my new color and haircut that was long overdue and took some time. Friendly atmosphere and very welcoming place as this was my 1st visit. Highly recommend if in the New Richmond area.

Today was my first visit to the Hair Company & Spa and it was delightful. It's been way too long since I had a haircut and color (quarantine). Kylie was my stylist and took her time talking to me to find out exactly what I wanted. My hair color can be tricky sometimes (red with strawberry blond highlights) and she nailed it! The cut is perfect and Kylie is so friendly and personable.

I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed! I also had an opportunity to discuss my skincare routine with Jenna H. and she gave me some great ideas. I can't wait to go back and get a facial and do something with these eyebrows of mine. It was so nice to be pampered for an afternoon!

I've gone to Dana Franzen countless times over the past few years for skin concerns. She always does such an amazing job of relaxing you, offering her professional knowledge and applying it to your situation. I am more than pleased with my results of the LED treatments, in addition to her incredible facials for both my face and back. I had such a wonderful facial treatment tonight a few days before my wedding, I had to give her a review as glowing as my skin I highly recommend Dana's services at Hair Co. & Spa!

Had a great experience, I got a toure when I arived and some wine. The hair was was amazing and Gina did a great job communicating with me about my odd hair length and what we should do to fix it. My FAVORITE hair salon. I came to them because they had someone going to local businesses selling $10 or $20 coupon books or something like that 4 years ago. I got to try a lot of their services. Facials. Ah-Maz-Ing. Massage.never had one and OMG. Loved it. All the girls there know there "ish". I'm able to tell them what I want or show them a picture and they are SO good about giving suggestions and tips. (because let's be honest.they certainly know hair more than I do) And that is one of the biggest reasons I keep going back.

They aren't scared to tell me what will work and what won't with my hair. As much as I would love to have Kiera Knightly's hair.my course thick hair will never allow me to. THANK you for being honest, providing great service and always making me look & feel great when I leave!
