I've been a customer of this salon for many years! Kim, Lynn, and Natasha are wonderful. They work hard in making every experience top notch. Kim, the owner, has an eye for the future. Luv HC! Jessica is my stylist and she is great with my fine hair. I am very happy there. I have gone for other services like facials with Natasha B and pedicures with Lynne Marie. Cathy at the reception desk is very friendly too. Everyone is very welcoming there. Also, HC';s prices are are decent compared to other other salons which charge outrageous prices. Try HC and you will love them!.

I love HC! Everyone there makes you feel at home and you really feel like they appreciate your business. I see Jessica for my hair and she is super nice and really sweet to talk to. She does an amazing job with my foils, cuts, and brows. And I see Lynne for pedicures and she is amazing at what she does and also really sweet to talk to. Such a great salon!

This salon is a beautiful space, It's well run and I feel comfortable going in even with the Covid-19 virus looming out there. I started coming to HC because my stylist decided to close up shop and rent a chair there. I think she made the right choice, someday she'll retire and when she does I'll try to hook up with another stylist there. They offer a wide variety of services that I'll admit I haven't tried, maybe someday soon I'll treat myself (when the world starts spinning in the right direction again). Give the salon a try I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I had an appointment scheduled with Elise an waited an hour after the appointment time to be seen and ended up leaving because I was told I would have to wait another hour. I scheduled another appointment for early June and decided to not go through with it, they sent a text asking to confirm if I still wanted the appointment so I didn't. She called and said this is how she makes a living, which i understand, then told me to reschedule so I could pay for the reschedule and the appointment I had missed.

I take responsibility for the missed appointment but I found that guilt tripping me was unprofessional. I love the salon and everyone was friendly, just be very careful about who you schedule with. The lady who did my friends manicure was super nice and did excellent.

This place was a really great hidden gem! I was going to a really expensive salon in Londonderry but couldn't afford the almost $400 every few months for a color. The prices are great! I also got a service called a "base breaker" from Ellice, which I'd never been offered before, to help prevent over coloring or hair breakage between appointments. They follow Covid guidelines and safety really well it's a relief knowing I won't be put at risk while getting my hair done.

I'm a long time customer of HC Day Spa. The stylists and staff are very knowledgeable and professional, and so nice! And the salon itself is beautifully appointed. Great place! Im always getting compliments on my hair. Highly recommended!

I got Ellice who's in her first year at the salon. I had several inches cut off plus layers added. Her mom Kim who works there checked her work after the cut. Ellice gave me some curls also. I love my new look. I am very pleased esp since it was my first visit. She gave me some free samples of the products she used. Nice family business and the grandmother works there too.

I've been searching for a new salon in the area, and I asked around and people had told me to go to haircutters in Merrimack. So I looked up their hours and decided to walk in. Upon walking in it took probably 5 minutes for someone to even notice me up there, I heard a bunch of laughter coming from somewhere. Eventually I was greeted by a few girls one had a spring jacket on( which I was curious if she even worked there) and the rest just plain all in black.

There was a beverage table which I was not offered, I was brought right to wash stations and than to cutting chair and asked how my hair was cut and when she was finished, the manager (I assume) checked it over and the young girl dried my hair. during the cut, the girl didn't try to start a conversation with me and it seemed all the girls went into a back room and chatted loudly. once we were finished I was escorted up front where I noticed the ceilings with the holes and stains in them. they were very unsightly. after paying the $30 and $6 for a tip I will not come back to a salon like this. After waiting up front, the women being catty out back, that's not a place to feel welcome at all.

Lynne Ellis is an excellent nail tech. Very reasonable prices and clean environment plus friendly staff. Highly recommend her.
