Phil & Betty Albritton started Headquarters Salon & Spa at their initial location on Justice Street in Monroe in 1981. In December of 2002 they expanded to their current location at 1603 Hudson Lane. Betty is a former registered nurse who previously worked in the Critical Care Unit at Glenwood hospital.

I'm an alumni of CVTC in Eau Claire, WI with a degree in Cosmetology. Over the past 21 years I have elevated myself through several great salons. For the past 10 years I have been a part of Salon Couture, located in the garden district of Monroe, LA. In that time I was able to established a great deal of security allowing me to continue education within my field.

My passion is making people feel good about themselves. Learning from some of the best in the industry, I have completed the Vidal Sassoon cutting program in 2015 and I'm certified in Brazilian Blowouts. I enjoy taking classes to learn the latest trends and styles. What I love most about beings a barber/stylist is the many people I get to meet and help feel good about themselves.

Wanda Clemons is a creative make up artist & licensed Esthetician. She has over 12 years experience at a prestige cosmetic brand in various high profile markets. Wanda specializes in training and coaching make up technique lessons in conference and private settings. Specializing in bridal and special event make up, airbrush tanning, wax hair removal, brow grooming with tint, and Massage focused facials.
