Amazing! I got the tension zone massage and I feel great. It includes facial and scalp massage, as well as shoulders, back, and hip areas. It is an hour and 20 mins of pure bliss. Hot stones and mud are used as well, and I would highly recommend. Shelly was very professional and talented at her job. I would use her every time I go. Thank you so much and I can't wait to go back.

Deb was absolutely amazing. I did the Zanzibar session and I honestly think it was the best massage I have ever had. My skin felt amazing after the body scrub as well. Definitely recommend!

I have never had a massage before so I was very nervous. I suffer with chronic illness and pain so I was apprehensive about people massaging muscles because of my pain. This place really relaxed my nerves! All the workers there were so friendly and walked me through every step that was going to happen! I have never felt more relaxed! They kept asking me if the pressure was okay which I really appreciated! They hit all of the focus spots I wanted and it felt so good! If I wasn't just here for Mayo and I lived around here, I would come everyday! This place deserves more stars!

Brittany was absolutely lovely. I had a 90 minute massage with hot stones and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I always have a perfect experience at healing touch massage.

Laura was absolutely wonderful for my prenatal massage. She was incredibly gentle in areas that felt tender and sensitive, while also working out the stiffness in my neck, shoulders, and back. She also offered tips on stretches that would help relieve future tension. I have already noticed a change in my posture and ability to move and I'm beyond grateful to her!

Nikki is the best massage therapist I've ever seen! I experience chronic pain and have ptsd so feeling safe enough to get a massage is a rare occurrence for me. Nikki makes me feel so safe I actually fell asleep during the massage! Plus my pain has significantly decreased since seeing her regularly. I highly recommend booking with her!

The healing behind the moment you enter the salon. The massage room was calming with a beautiful salt crystal wall, music and a comfortable table and sheets. My therapist was professional and facilitated my pain relief like a pro. Highly recommend

I had a massage appointment with Shelly and she was amazing! I went with the Ultimate Escape for a bit more pampering- Shelly started off by telling me all the parts of the experience and what to expect. She also listened attentively to all my concerns of where I was chronically aching (upper back, shoulders, neck) and she made sure to focus her time in those areas per my request.

Her pressure was perfect (I usually like a bit more pressure), she did a fantastic job releasing the tension in my neck and shoulders- it was definitely one of the best experiences I had! The knotted like pain/tightness I had in my upper back was gone! Shelly did a fantastic job, I absolutely want her for my next appt! Also of note Shelly kept her mask on the entire time as did the check in desk personnel which made me feel safer as a client.

Magnificent service, wonderful experience. I recommend Rochelle. Every time I'm in town, I book with her and get some relief for my chronic aches. She customizes my treatments based on what I need at that given time. You won't be disappointed!

What a treasure to find on the second floor of the new Hilton! I was able to walk in and luckily they had a cancellation and was able to get in to experienced their 45 minute massage. Perfect after four stressful days at Mayo Clinic. Wonderful to relax on the heated table. I had fun picking out which scent to spray on my mask. I chose peppermint! The price was reasonable too! Hoping I can squeezed one more visit in before heading home. Highly recommended. Make sure to call ahead to make an appointment.

Got the best massage today from Anastasia. The pressure was perfectly firm and my neck and back feel amazing. Hands down one of the best massages I've ever had. My only regret is not booking a longer massage. The treatment room was really nice and relaxing and the lady at the front desk was super nice. Wish I was in town a bit longer so I could go back for another one.

Deb may be in the top three of massage therapist that I've seen in my life. I've been getting massages since I was 20, and I'm 49, if that gives you some context. I say that because she listens, she empathizes, she does exactly what is needed for your current situation. Plus, Deb has a very warm and welcoming personality. I look forward to seeing her a few more times before I go back home.

This is my fourth appointment at Healing Touch and my second massage with Nikki. I can't say enough good things about her. I've had a lot of massages.some good and some bad. My massage with Nikki is probably one of the best I've ever had. As long as she stays in Rochester I will continue to see her any time I want to pamper myself. She is my hero.

Recently had my first massage at Healing Touch. My masseuse was TyLynn (sp?). She was over-the-top, excellent. I have been having a lower back issue for most of the spring and summer. She knew exactly where to concentrate her massage. Plus, she gave me some excellent tips for stretching at home. I will be back!

I fell down the stairs at my apartment and I had a pain in my neck that would not go away. The doctor said it was nothing serious so I thought I'd try a massage. It really did help. They were very nice. The place is small but very clean and fast service. I think I'm going to make a habit of coming in.

I was hesitant about going after reading the masseuses' bios with each only having a few years experience but found Tarrin's massage to be excellent. Nice facility, easy inside access from Mayo's Methodist Hospital, easy scheduling. Prices are more than expected - around what you pay in a 4 or 5 star hotel, but they are convenient and I am glad I went and I recommend them.

We were in town for a visit to the Mayo Clinic and there's nothing like two weeks of back-to-back appointments and testing to give you knots and kinks galore. So, hubby and I decided to try and find a spot to get some of those aches and pains worked out. This place had the most reviews (we are talking Rochester, after all. lovely town but definitely a small place) so we made appointments for their University Square location.

First off, you should know it's a small place. there's no such thing as a "couples massage" because they only have two beds, in two separate rooms. And it's essentially in a shopping center. But hey, that's okay! We were very late due to getting VERY lost. Not their fault. We got the rest of the time that we had booked for, which is all we could ask for. However, all that aside, my masseuse didn't quite cut it for me. granted I've had a lot of massages but there was just a certain level of skill that wasn't there.

And this place wasn't the cheapest place we've ever been to, either. To their credit, I let them know my feelings on a satisfaction survey I received and the owner called me almost right away to ask what she could do to make things right. Apparently I had been set up with someone who was very new, so hadn't yet been fully brought up to their standards.

Unfortunately I wasn't very inclined to go back, even at a discount, and our schedule didn't really allow it anyway, but I'll give them kudos for the offer. Yelp only works when reviewers are honest, so this is my honest review. My husband was very happy with his masseuse so we'll land right in the middle, at three stars. Given Rochester's slim pickings and the other favorable reviews, I'd say this place is definitely worth trying but you may just want to ask for someone who's been working there for awhile.

I appreciated being able to schedule an appointment on short notice. I had a one-hour deep tissue massage. The environment was relaxing, clean and pleasant; and the staff was very friendly and professional. Sarah did an awesome job; after starting my massage, she recommended a specific area to focus on, which I appreciated. I will definitely go back, when I am in Rochester.

I was here in Rochester for a conference and stayed at the Double Tree Hotel. I got a 90 minute relaxation massage from Mary and it was amazing! One of the best massages I have ever gotten. (I've gotten lots of massages in many different cities and in DC where I live.) Her hands are strong and firm but never painful. She was very attentive. I would highly recommend going here if you happen to be in Rochester and enjoy massages. I wish I lived here so I could get massages from her regularly.

Excellent massage and very reasonable pricing. I usually go to the North Location and see Jean. She is amazing! I have been back 3 times now and each time have left feeling very relaxed.
