We booked Hey Good Lookin' for our wedding for hair and makeup and could not have been happier! Incredible work done by all, and they make you look beautiful while also still looking like you. Vicki is absolutely amazing and was such a pleasure to work with and chat with. Thank you all!

I have used the massage & SRT services with Pam. The best massages I have ever had! She really listens to you & you leave feeling incredibly relaxed & refreshed. We were married on 12/11/2021 and went with HGL for the bridal party hair and make up and would highly recommend them to all! They are the preferred vendor for the Colonial Hotel, so because we went with them we were able to use the hotels on site salon to get ready in. It was so convenient to get ready at the venue and really made for a smooth and calm day! Vicki and her team are an absolute dream to work with, they are all so talented and professional and my ladies and I had a great day with them. Vicki was very receptive to my vision at my trial and the day of she really went above and beyond beautifying me! I'm so glad we went with them and can't wait to get back all our pictures so we can admire their work!

Vicki and Val helped my best friend and me look beautiful on my wedding day last week on Friday! Vicki did my hair and makeup, and Val did my best friend's. We received many compliments on both. I chose to have us go to the salon itself because my ceremony was on my deck at my house, and I wanted to be away from the chaos for a bit. They made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we stepped into the salon, and I was truly able to use that time to relax and ease my nerves. I got my nails done. I got nails similar to the dip but not so much smell or germs! Vicki was pleasant and fun. Nice people. They do walking kind of. You call when you get there. If their not busybody in luck.

I recently moved to the area and have been trying to decide where to get my hair cut. Decided to try Hey Good Look'n based on the reviews and I'm glad I did! I got an asymmetrical cut and Kaity really did a great job. She even made her own suggestions on the style, which I appreciated as I'm always a little aimless with my hair, and it turned out great.

I think its a limited time thing, but they also gave me a mug with a little lotion bottle and nail conditioner as I was heading out. Honestly my visit here made my day. Really friendly staff, not afraid of doing fun hairstyles, I'll be going here again!

I cannot say enough good things about this salon! It's beautifully decorated and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The owner, Vicki, is just wonderful. She always makes sure I'm satisfied every time I see her to get my nails done. She takes her time to make sure that every nail is the same length on both hands and uses soft nail filing tools that don't cut the edges of my fingers like the place I used to go to.

I get my hair done by Beth every three months. She is so pleasant and easy to talk to. She gives me the best hair cut/color I've ever had. Their prices are ridiculously reasonable and the service is outstanding. HIGHLY recommended!

Valerie and Beth from Hey Good Look'n did the hair for my daughter's wedding. They traveled all the way to Peterborough, NH (which was really appreciated), they arrived early, finished in good time, and made sure my daughter and her bridesmaids looked their very best for the occasion! They were even able to "set" everyone's hair to survive a hot and muggy August afternoon outdoor wedding! Both stylists were awesome and we can't thank them enough for sharing their talents with us!

I had Vicki and her team for my wedding and I'm so glad I picked them! My hair and makeup were really pretty and exactly what I wanted. All my girls also loved their styles and makeup. My hair didn't stay the whole night but that was only because the humidity was atrocious on my wedding day. They did a great job! Definitely recommend!

Giving a shout out to Julie. I went for a hair color and she spent about 10 minutes with me going over what I wanted, what I didn't want and then she discussed my options and told me how to achieve the look I wanted. I needed a haircut as well but nobody ever gets my haircut right so I was nervous about doing it. Again, she told me what she would do and I left it all in her hands.

I was so shocked at the results! She did such an awesome job, I was so pleased with what she had done. I don't think I'll ever go to anybody else! Thank you Julie for hearing me and giving me what I wanted.

I found Hey Good Lookin through my wedding venue, The Wachusett Village Inn. They are a preferred vendor and were there set up with a table at one of the wedding tastings one night. I grabbed a brouchure and called shortly after to set up a hair and makeup trial and was given Cassandra as my consultant. She did an awesome job and made me feel very confident that I was going to look gorgeous on my wedding day.

The week before the wedding, my husband even went in and got a haircut from her (which was the best haircut he's ever had, considering he's been going to Supercuts his whole life- he couldn't stop raving about how good he looked!) and the day before the wedding, I also went and got my nails and eyebrows done by Cass. She is awesome.

So friendly, and personable. The day of the actual wedding- she did my hair and makeup in the room they have set up right at the Inn. She even went above and beyond and came into my room with me and waited for me to put my wedding gown on so she could pin my veil in my hair. My husband and I already have haircuts scheduled with her again and will continue to go to Hey Good Lookin and use Cass as our beauty professional :) She is hands down fabulous!

I had an outstanding experience with this salon! I booked all my hair, makeup + nails for my August 2015 wedding and LOVED working with them! I worked with Cassandra, who's delightful, and at my consult, she used colors on me that I would have never ventured to try-- she was so spot on and brought out the green in my eyes like crazy! I didn't wear a white dress so I was concerned about colors since my dress was bright coral but Cassandra nailed it.

I also tried out a gel manicure ~3 weeks by Markus before my wedding and was so pleased that it lasted ~2 weeks. Markus also did my nails the day before the wedding and my gel french nails looked INCREDIBLE. The salon is very clean, large enough to have a bunch of services done at the same time and their prices are also super affordable. My nails also lasted through the 10 day honeymoon after the wedding!

I was so thrilled with how my hair+makeup turned out for the wedding. I felt like the best possible version of myself--my hair+makeup lasted all night. The salon did hair+makeup for me and my 5 bridesmaids, and makeup for the moms, and we were even done ahead of schedule. Wonderfully affordable, an outstanding team and so professional! Thank you!

All you monolid ladies out there- stay away from this place! I had high hopes for my wedding makeup consultation and trial, and it turned out disastrous. The artist I worked with (name withheld- not the one everyone else raves about "C---") didn't have a clue how to do my makeup. She gets an A for effort, but she truly had no clue how to get it right.

I showed her a picture of the look I wanted- natural, dewey, glowing. She was not able to recreate it. In fact, she took the picture quiet literally and did those colors I showed her instead of trying to recreate the look by doing something that worked with my coloring. She tried to "make" a crease since I don't have one, and it didn't look right so to fix it, she put shimmery shadow all over my lids.

It didn't work. She just had no training on how to do monolid makeup. She tried to convince me that it looked good and that I was upset because I wasn't used to wearing so much makeup. How does she know how much makeup I wear? I came in with a "fresh face" as requested. They should have you come in with your normal makeup so they can see what you're used to wearing, have you wash it off, and elevate the look based on that baseline. Moreover, the artist did my eye makeup without putting on any foundation or base.

I may not wear a lot of makeup on a regular basis but even I know that's weird. Eye makeup without foundation? She also put on a cool toned lipstick that clashed with my coloring. I asked her to do a warmer shade and she chose a metallic lip that looked quite honestly, trashy. She just didn't have a clue. She also put on mascara without curling my lashes.

I asked her to curl them. She tried and tried to curl my lashes but she couldn't get them to curl after. Duh. She practically snapped my lashes off after trying to curl them after putting the mascara on. Curl first. Mascara after. Everyone knows that. She also asked me if I wanted her to fill in my brows. Why wouldn't you fill in my brows?!

The brows frame the face! Of course you do the brows! The artist didn't know how to do my monolid eyes, she had no clue about my coloring, and despite her best efforts, she couldn't recreate the look I wanted. Where was the contouring? Where's the bronzer? It was the worst experience I ever had. I felt bad for the stylist- she did try hard. She just needs more training. The tip I left her was for her effort. I could tell she really did want to get it right, she just had no idea how.

Came here last minute for a pregnancy massage. Called the night before and the person at the front desk took down my number to see if they could accommodate me last minute. Lucky for me they could! The massage was great. The girl I had made me feel comfortable and really helped me ease the discomfort I was having because of my pregnancy. I'm glad I took the time to go here and will be booking again after the holidays. Also the massage room is really nice! Reminded me of a spa on vacation. Great experience!

Found this salon through my daughters recommendation. I couldn't be happier with my haircut. It is the best I have had in a long time. My boyfriend and I did a walk in and they fit us right in. The hairstylists are very fun to talk to and have a great sense of humor. The salon is very clean and hip. I can't wait to go back for my next cut! I highly recommend them and even my boyfriend who also went there loved them too! Thank God for this salon. he showed up looking like a ogre and left a very handsome man!

Can't say enough good things about Cassandra and the entire staff at Hey Good Lookin' Salon! From the initial consultation to the day of my wedding, everything was just perfect. The atmosphere at the salon is casual and inviting - a really friendly and welcoming place to be. Having Cassandra and another stylist (sorry, I've forgotten her name) available at my wedding venue (The Colonial Hotel in Gardner) the day of my wedding was wonderful.

Best of all, Cassandra was able to work some kind of make-up magic so that this 60-year-old bride looked absolutely gorgeous all night long! She even gave me lots of helpful hints that have gotten me to start wearing make-up again on a regular basis.

I needed my nails done, next day. I saw Hey Good Lookin had exellant reviews and decided to call them. They fit me in, even though I was a new customer. The salon was large and it was luckily not busy. I also checked their website for coupons. They had one for 50% off for new customers. I got a gel ful set and paid $20, for it! The nail tech was very nice. Did whatever I wanted. But, my nails just didn't come out the way I expected.

I expected a nice smooth natural looking nail. These, you can tell there is a plastic nail then a thin layer of gel. It's on all but one nail. So, they are all bumpy. Not very happy with that. I will say something when I get them filled.

I have been going to Hey Good Look'n Salon for a few years now and I'm very pleased with the services and reasonable prices. The stylists are fun and talkative, the salon is always buzzing with people coming & going. I've gone to them for a cut, full color, hi-lights, mani & pedi, and spray-tan. Give them a try, you can't go wrong! :

I found this salon when desperately searching for a place to get my hair and makeup done at the last minute for my May 2006 wedding. I lived in Cambridge at the time and was not familiar with salons in the area. They were able to fit me, my 2 bridesmaids, and my mom into their schedule and did 2 hair trials for me when I could not figure out how to style my hair.

The owner ended up being sick on the day of my wedding, but the girl who replaced her did a great job, and everyone there put us completely at ease. 2 years later I moved to the area and needed to find a stylist for regular hair cuts who would be reliable, and not too pricey. I have now been seeing one of the girls who worked on my wedding party for 2 years, and have been very happy $20 for a wash, cut and blow dry with a stylist that I like-- you can't beat it!

I also went there recently for a pedicure while pregnant, and the spa pedicure was amazing. It was almost 2 hours of bliss, and the polish job lasted almost 2 months! I highly recommend this salon for hair, makeup, and nails, and the prices cannot be beat.

I recently had my hair for my wedding done by this salon at the Wachusett Village Inn where I held my wedding. First, the stylists were very talented and had a good eye for what looked good. My issue though was with timing and the style staying in throughout the night. I asked to have the hair for me, my bridesmaids and my mom start at 12:30, they insisted starting at 1 would allow for enough time and to be done by 3.

They started at 1 (2 at a time). They did not take me until about 2:20 and I was not done until 3:40! 40 minutes AFTER what I asked for. I had alloted 2 hours (between 2 and 5) to get my makeup, get my gown on and take pictures. Needless to say, I did NOT get any pictures prior to the wedding with my girls or by myself. This was extreemly disappointing. Also, the ringlets in my chignon started to fall out during my picture hour, I had to keep pinning up thoughout the night. Overall, beautiful styles but they are very bad with timing despite my requests to move it up in anticipation of this (I had known someone who used them last summer for their wedding and the same thing happened to them).
