I used Stephanie and Amber for a haircut and they both do a great job. This place is very clean and presentable.

I had a blow out scheduled today at 415 for my birthday dinner. I got a voice mail at 1002am saying the girl cancelled her whole day I had scheduled with. No apology, just can come at noon if want. I work so there was no way. Then the girl who called said we can try to get someone to stay. They just considered that? It literally disrupted a work day having to find a new salon last minute on a Friday. Had they apologized or figured out a solution I would of considered making future appts. No way now. I'm legit as people know and I think this was tasteless, especially on someone's birthday. I ended up going to Blo and Go in Boca.

I have never been to this salon before, and I was lucky enough to have Natalie assigned to me! I had a Keratan Treatment done and she was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Everyone in the salon was helpful and professional. I will definitely be going back

NATALIE IS THE BEST PROFESSIONAL HAIR STYLIST in my opinion at HOT HEADS salon, in BOYNTON BEACH without a doubt. She has the experience to change your hair STYLE, TEXTURE, COLOR, CUT, CONDITION HIGHLIGHTS, ANY THING YOU NEED and you will be delighted. Always on time, she takes the time before she even takes a comb to you hair, to find out what you final goal is, and will work toward it.

She is an expert #1 colorist and stylist. I have been with her for just about 3 years and my hair has never look so good, and has never been in better condition. My color is so awesome, people actually stop me and ask me where I go to get it done. I am so sure you will love the results in no uncertain term. Rome wasn't built in a day, and sometimes it takes several appointments, depending on the color and condition, as well as other factors to get it perfect.

You will not be disappointed. She is one of the senior stylists, and has built up an incredible reputation. Make your appointment now, stop using second rate hairstylists, it will cost you a lot more, without the results. SHE'S THE BEST.

The most unprofessional salon I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I called and scheduled an appointment for both my son and I to get haircuts with Patricia. When I checked in for the appointment, I was informed that my appointment had not been booked with Patricia, but with two separate stylist whom I had never had any experience with.

I would never have agreed to getting my haircut at one end of the salon while my 5 year old son gets his hair cut at the other end of the salon by someone we're not familiar with. Instead of apologizing and trying to remedy the situation, the woman who booked the appointments called me a liar, insisting she did tell me the details of the appointment, which she clearly had not.

I left to find a real salon because why would I trust them with our hair after arguing with me in the matter she did. I later called to speak with the manager and get the name of the lady who originally scheduled the appointment to mention her in this review, however the Roselle the manager told me "it doesn't matter" and refused to do so. I am extremely happy I chose not to stay and get our hair cut at this place!

It was my first time at Hot Heads. 1. I was not informed of pricing structure. 2. I had another colorist help me since whatever it was, was too hot. My colorist left me and did not check how I was doing except for 1 time. 3. No one mentioned New, Designer, master etc. 4. She mentioned that I should add on Gloss. I said OK, thinking it was part of service.

I did not know it was extra. When I complained at register, they said that's what it is. Colorist came to register and said I should have asked about Glow treatment price. My color came out OK, but since I paid $175.00 for color and blowout and glow. I should have been informed about the pricing structure, and glow. Deceptive pricing. Goldie

I went to this salon for the first time today after checking out a few salons online that are in the area. I was able to get an appointment for later in the week and actually called back to see if I could come in the same day and they said sure! The salon was clean and very modern. The lady at the front was nice, welcoming and greeted me right away.

I had the pleasure of meeting Natalie and she was amazing. She was very thorough with asking questions to make sure we were both on the same page throughout the process. I showed her pictures and she professionally provided her opinion and suggested a slightly different look. We ended up cutting a lot of dead length and adding some fun and fresh layers.

She also did a root touch up for me and I am very happy with the way my hair turned out. I wasn't pressured into upgrading or purchasing any of their recommended products. Their prices are very fair and they're open over 60 hours per week. I was extremely nervous and haven't cut my hair in over a year. Natalie and the rest of the team were amazing and I will absolutely be retuning to this salon moving forward. Thanks again for my new, fresh and easy to maintain look!

Natale saved my hair, literally. I tried to do a "At home bleaching" to achieve the silver hair fad, and fried my hair. It was orange and breaking when you touched it. I called for a consultation and was able to get in the same afternoon, and set up an appointment for the following afternoon. In 2 hours I walked out with a huge smile on my face. Natale not only corrected the color, but cut off the damaged hair, and I have to say it looked better than it has in a year. Thank You for saving my hair! I will be back.

I always enjoy coming to Hot heads. Everyone is so nice! This time I changed my base color and Michele really took the time to listen and share her thoughts on the right color. I absolutely love it now! Thank you Michele!
