I have personally know the owner of Indulgence Salon all my life and she is a Master Stylist with an amazing personality! I recently had my hair colored by one of her Stylists, Hannah Kosior and she blew me away with the results! We are now working on transforming me to a summer blonde after going rose gold with a dark root. She explains the entire coloring process step by step and is also super transparent with me the entire time. So refreshing! I am looking so forward to my next appointment this month!

Had an amazing color/highlight session with Hannah! She transformed my boring, in much need of love hair - to a beautiful, fun head of hair that I cannot stop looking at. Well, Tracy I have to say it does "WOW" me every time I come. Something about when you first walk in, you feel so relaxed colors are so soft there's coffee sit relax and all the girls do an amazing job. I favor Sue who does my hair. She takes her time and makes sure everything is just the way I like it.it's such and amazing and friendly place! Thank You Indulgence for my sanity!

This place is great! It is extremely clean. All of the staff I have met have been friendly and very knowledgeable. I do not have any complaints about any of the services that I have had done. Hannah is my stylist and takes her time when she's cutting, coloring and styling my hair and waxing my brows. I never feel rushed and I don't feel like I'm being pressured to buy any products when I'm leaving.
My husband goes here too and sees Colleen. His hair always looks great when he comes home. Overall a great place. I always leave. feeling relaxed and beautiful. I would highly recommend checking. It out.

I've been going to Indulgence Salon for several years now with stylist and owner Tracy Wilson. Tracy is awesome and friendly while maintaining a professional and positive experience. She is a very talented hair stylist. The salon itself is impeccably clean and Tracy has kept everything safe during the COVID pandemic once they could reopen. I highly recommend Tracy and her staff at Indulgence Salon!

Tracy was my stylist today. It was my first time coming in and wanted some ash highlights on my box black died hair, so already coming in with a challenging task. Tracy was so professional and attentive to my request, she put the health of my hair first. Acheiving very closely to my wants of color while maintaining the integrity and health of my hair.
The cut she did was better than my request and her attention and patience to detail was spot on. I absolutely love the outcome and have already sqeadule my next appointment! After 2 years here im Pittsfield I' finally found my new salon. Very happy

Colleen has been doing my hair for just under a year and she does an amazing job. Everyone is friendly and the ambiance is great. I've only had my hair done, but they offer many other services too! I'm glad I made the switch and started going there!

So pleased to have been referred to Tracy. My hair can be a little difficult to cut having many cowlicks, Tracy's cuts are easy to work with. I was traveling 60 miles one way to Longmeadow MA to have a style & cut. Being a professional running my own business time was important. Now I just set my appointments a month in advance and it's 10 minutes away my life is much better!
