Negative Pathetic service: I wish I could go below one rating. I have an appointment for HAIRCUT and HAIR COLOR and When I went there Stylist ( Who suppose to do hair cut and color) refuse to do the hair color, she said she does not have time - what's even though I have an appointment? That does't make any sense. Very disappointing and that ruined my plans and day. I will never go back this place and personally will not suggest this place to any of my friends.

Jenni's is a great place to go for all things hair! All the stylists are very talented. The staff is wonderful as well. Been going here since 2008.

My Mother in Law took us here on Saturday morning for makeup and hair for the wedding of her son. When we got there they had 2 bridal parties getting hair and make up and even though they were very busy we loved our makeup and our hair. These makeup and hair artists are very good and work great even when they have 20 girls in the salon at the same time. Very friendly and professional. I loved it

I decided to give Jenni's a try for a brow wax. As a guy, being self-aware of my eyebrows is something I don't take likely. Knowing Jenni's reputation, I trusted them to make me feel welcome and also safe knowing all of the current health restrictions. After several text reminders about my appointment, I was greeted promptly at the door for a quick temperature check and some hand sanitizer.

I appreciated the extra safety measures to protect me as well as the staff. I was then asked to sit in a nicely decorated waiting area with plenty of room between the chairs. While waiting for my stylist Megan J, I was admiring the nice decor and decorations as well as the cleanliness of the building. After a short wait, I was escorted back to the waxing room. Passing by several other stylists on the way, I felt comfortable as they were all wearing masks and was once again impressed by the cleanliness in all of the workspaces.

The waxing room lighting was perfect, not too light or dark. There was also a nice aroma that wasn't strong, yet felt relaxing and there was some relaxing music in the background. Megan started by putting a warm towel around my neck as I relaxed into the chair. She asked what areas of my brows I wanted to be cleaned up to ensure it was to my liking.

She was self-aware of the wax temperature and began the process. I found her personality very friendly, professional, and easy to carry on a conversation with. Periodically she gave me a mirror to make sure she wasn't taking off too much hair. As she finished the cleanup process, I was provided with one final check to ensure my satisfaction. She took her time to ensure a great level of detail.

I've tried many different salons in town, but this was by far my best experience. I would highly recommend Megan for brow waxes and any other services she provides. Her attention to detail will be appreciated by any customer.

I must say I never get my nails done. I went in to Jenni's to get a shellac manicure done before my wedding the next day. After they were finished and Id paid, I noticed the tips of my nails were smudged and uneven. I went back in to the salon and they re-did my nails and gave me a refund. They were extremely nice and accommodating, and Ashley did a great job. Thanking you for making it right and helping me look and feel beautiful!

I have heard very good reviews about this salon so I decided to give it a try! I called to book an appointment and a woman named Molly answered the phone. Her tone was extremely disrespectful and turned me away immediately. Having run a business before I wonder if this is how she treats others and her co-workers. I absolutely hope this is not the case because it can make it unbearable for all around. I hope that this will be resolved and in the future I can come in with a better experience.

I live outside of Bloomington and normally go to my good girlfriend for highlights/balayage. I couldn't find the time to get out to her about a month ago, so I decided to try Jenni's. The customer service and care for customers was excellent. The manager called me several times trying to make a last minute appointment fit with my schedule as well as the colorists.

The quality of the work that was done on my hair was absolutely terrible. I asked for light blonde highlights and balayage. This appointment would have been my third blonding appointment, so I was expecting a significantly lighter color. I came out of the salon with even darker hair than I started with. They did the opposite of what I asked. The total cost of the balayage and highlights was over $200 with no haircut included.

Completely over priced for the quality of work I received. Finally I was able to go to my normal girl for a color correction. After 6 hours, the toner Jenni's used in my hair was blocking any lightness from pulling through. The colorists at my normal girls salon were so confused and wondered what in the world was used on my hair. Luckily she was able to fix it back to my blonde starting point but these are things you have to consider.

My favorite part of Jenni's is the customer service. I am always greeted with a smile and since I know little about hair care and style they are always willing to find the perfect match for my hair care needs. I am the typical customer that changes my appointments the day after I make them. Everyone has always been more than helpful working with my very inconvenient schedule.

I have enjoyed my experiences at the salon including the spa - it is so nice to come after a long day at work at be treated "special". I have been going to Jenni's Salon & Spa for over 11 years and I have never been treated with disrespect or been unsatisfied with my experiences. Love the ladies at Jenni's and I love the Salon - beautiful with a lot of hard work and time that has went into making it what it is today. Thank you for all your years of putting up with our families hectic schedules!

Excellent service! Great atmosphere. I always feel pampered and walk away very happy with my hair! The front desk is very welcoming, and all of the technicians that I've had contact with have been great. The massage during shampooing is an extra perk and hugely appreciated! I'd definitely recommend this place to get your hair cut. They also have lots of great products for sale (Paul Mitchelle, etc) and are happy to help you find what you need, but they're never pushy about making a sale. They're great about making you feel pampered :-)

I always have a great experience at Jenni's. Jaci is my stylist and always does a great job changing my hair color to whatever I'm feeling at the time. The women at the front desk are always extremely friendly and remember my name every time I'm there. Great customer service! I would, and have, recommended Jenni's several times!
