I'm so embarrassed about the haircut I received. My daughters gasped in horror when they saw what I came home looking like. The staff is friendly, but clearly they don't know what they are doing. I cried when I left. I will never go back and it's a shame because they are nice. I'm so embarrassed though. I just cry. I've never had a cut this bad.

I had gotten an undercut done a while back and I loved it! Rebecca was very attentive and kept asking my opinion to ensure I had the cut I wanted. She was great and I enjoyed talking to her.
