Went for highlight shortly after they were under 'new management'. The salon was so empty and quiet-atmosphere was uncomfortable & only one "stylest" was on staff (other than the owner who seemed to be assuming role of secretary at the time.) The lady who highlighted my hair did a HORRIBLE job! I honestly felt cost cutters would have possibly done a better job.

I called the salon a few hours after I left bc I wanted to cry my hair looked so bad. My "highlights" were essentially just different shades of orange streaks(that I was charged $110.00 for). I made an appointment for the following day to have my hair "fixed" but didn't go bc I was nervous they would mess it up even more! I ended up making an appointment at a reputable salon & spa close by but couldn't get in for a week, so I had to sport my Walmart worthy highlights for a week and pay double in the end. However, my lesson was learned that just bc its called a "salon & spa" doesn't mean they actually know what they are doing!

Customer service is terrible; Prices are WAY too high for what you get! My experience: I was given a gift certificate for 2 massages as an anniversary gift, and I went for my first massage about 6 weeks after giving birth. The place was empty of customers, yet I had to wait an extra 20 minutes past my appointment, in a silent side room. The woman did an okay job at the actual massage, but she didn't seem to understand how to work with a post-natal body (asking me to move in ways that just weren't easy/possible so soon after a c-section).

About 3 months later I called to schedule my second massage. I was told they were "under new ownership" and would not honor my gift certificate; I asked for a refund, and was denied. I asked to speak to the new owners, but was not allowed. So we lost out on over $100 that they basically stole from us! I probably could have won in small claims court, but with an infant to care for, it just wasn't worth my time. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
