I've lived in Madison for nearly 10 years. Every time I needed to get a haircut, my preferred hair artist has left by the time I need a cut. This time I decided to get a cut here and I'm extremely happy! I first tried cutting my hair myself because why not? But Kass was able to fix everything and knew exactly what I wanted! Im not much of a talker, but she understood and just worked on my hair. A couple weeks later and I still LOVE it, THANK YOU. Kass, this review is for you. You are fantastic at your job!

I've gone to JJ for 10 years and everytime I leave her chair I feel like a new person. I'm always obsessed with my hair after seeing her. My hair is difficult to work with and takes hours to color, but she always takes the time to pick the right color blend with me. She makes sure I'm always in love with my hair, and won't let me do the crazy ideas she knows I'd end up hating. JJ is hands down the best stylist you'll ever go to.

This is a great salon with great service. The staff is extremely friendly and will chat about all things hair with you. They also do a great job of keeping the mentality that you know best for your hair. I have very long hair, and it was comforting to know they were not going to cut off more that I said to cut.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value My son had the best haircut of his life at Salon West. The owner Diana is an incredibly talented stylist and did a great job listening to my son so he was happy too. The salon was beautiful and the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this salon!

I have been having my hair cut at Salon West for too many years to remember.my children had their hair cut by Diana before me. She is the best. My son @ around 7 would come home from his cuts, pull off his tea shirt, looked shocked and say"Mommy, do I still have my haircut?" My cut lasts almost three months and every stage it grows into people ask if I've just had my hair cut. I highly recommend the salon.

I was a new client to this salon and instantly when walking in I knew it would be the place I would return to. It was relatively busy when I arrived, but everyone who was there was smiling. I had my hair done by Diana and she did exactly what I wanted her to do! I went in there with frayed ends and just overall bad hair. She gave me a 1950s page boy cut that makes me look fabulous every day! I will go back and I have recommended them to many friends.

I recently got my hair cut at Madison Salon West and it was a great experience! I hadn't found a salon in Madison that I had liked before going there, but now I have definitely found my new go-to salon. I had just a simple haircut, but my hair looked amazing afterwards. My stylist did exactly what I asked her to do and it turned out even better than I had imagined.
She even advised me on products that I would have never thought to use, that now I don't know how I got ready in the morning without. The overall service was great as well. From the moment I stepped through the door, everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease.
