Wish I could give them zero stars. My daughter goes to college in South Bend. She signed up for monthly tanning in March 2020 and then Covid hit. She tried in September 2020 to cancel her membership and then again in February 2021. They are still charging her card monthly $21.99. Several emails exchanged back and forth, but still charging her monthly fees!
Finally my daughter got me involved. The manager Madison Stump does not do what she says she is going to do. The owner does not return phone calls. Think twice about giving this business your debit/credit card information. Seems they don't have a problem taking advantage of young college kids.

I absolutely love coming here, they are the best around especially for spray tans. My tan always comes out perfectly and natural looking every time due to their mystic tan booth. the booth is always clean and quick. All staff members are friendly, helpful and not too pushy about buying additional products. When the spray doesn't turn out quite right, staff have always been willing to let me come in for another for free. The price is really good and the service is super fast!

Marlene is the manager she is absolutely wonderful, extremely knowledgeable about the products and services. The staff is friendly and kind also very knowledgeable about products and services. The only tanning salon I know that will transfer packages to another client if you no longer use yours. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a salon with clean regulated equipment and great customer service.

The salon although I've only been a couple of times supersedes the other ones I've been to him in Niagara Falls. The staff is super duper friendly which is a lot more than I can say for the other place that I used to go to. Your first visit your first tan is free which is really nice! And I love they leave a lollipop for u to take with after your tan. Prices are super reasonable. I will recommend this place to anybody who asks for tanning needs!

Great customer service! Great clean tanning salon! Love the beds! The bulbs are changed frequently you never get that old bulb feeling! I highly recommend this place! Malibu Beach is Great Place to tan at prices are Amazing for Niagara Falls! I have never Incountered a rude person at the desk like other tanning spots where they think they know it all.
