Vero did a great job with my hair color but i can't get ahold of anyone to setup my next appointment.

I went into Metropolis not knowing what haircut I wanted, but Edith was very understanding, she helped me find one that I enjoyed and gave me a great haircut! Everyone here is very nice and polite, and I would definitely refer anyone looking for a great salon to come here!

I've been going to Kendall here for about two years. One of the best ranked salons in the country. She always does a fantastic job and made my hair look beautiful for my wedding!

New Client - I'm so IN LOVE with this Salon! 1 - Submitted Online apptmt request this AM - was called back as soon as they opened 2 - greeted with hot earl gray tea on a rainy day 3 - met my new stylist, Kendal, who was super thorough in our consult. She performs hair magic - especially for my short, edgy haircut. She's got a rockin' personality, made me feel right at home, and has the professionalism of a true pro. Im so stoked I researched and found this Fayetteville gem!

Great atmosphere! Friendly staff! Top notch service. I have super short hair and I wanted a design shaved at the nape of my neck. It took me years. Literally years to find someone brave enough to do it. Then.glitter! I found this gem. With Kendall and her fearless shaver she worked her magic and now will have a client for years! Thank you madam!

Lisa is one of the best, if not the best hairstylist I have had. I've lived in Houston and Austin and Fayetteville area. She would take about 50 minutes to wash, cut, rinse, shave neck, trim, etc. And the cuts were really. I miss not being in Fayetteville now. When I moved. I even went in on my last day in town to get a haircut. Also, I consider Lisa a friend now. She is fantastic.

I have never, NEVER had a better haircut in my life. The staff was courteous and they have such an outstanding understanding of hair. Jordan was so amazing! She took my super ultra damaged hair and gave me something amazing and gorgeous. She listened to my horrible hair story first and then made sure I understood what she was doing along the way to keep my mind at ease.

Within the first ten minutes I knew I was in good hands. I honestly don't think I'll ever go anywhere else because the quality of the experience was so great you won't find anything like it around here. Jordan went absolutely above and beyond with me. Definitely the place to go!

I was in Fayetteville for a wedding and Metropolis was very flexible and accommodating for a last minute blow out. They are very conveniently located downtown. Kaylin was excellent and gave me a Dry Bar-quality blowout for just $30. She listened to what I wanted and was able to immediately evaluate my hair and which products would make my curls last. Even though we just met, I could tell she knew her stuff. If I lived here, I would come back for a cut and color!

Had my hair and my daughters hair done for my sons wedding. Didn't feel rushed and felt so relaxed upon leaving. Highly recommend, Especially on a stressful day.

I am amazed with this place; such friendly staff! I am so pleased with my stylist, KAYLIN. She listens to my ideas, makes recommendations, and my hair always looks great! At this time, she is building her clientele and you only pay for products used. ( I am not sure when this will end, but I am sticking with her). Trust me on this.you want to be on her clientele list!

One of the greatest places on earth right now. I took my nephew to get his haircut. When I walked in to wait. The girl at the counter handed me a free Beer. Wow I'm getting my haircut here too.

First visit Jesse took the time and gave me a consultation, great cut and style. When I returned for my second cut it was as if Jesse was phoning in her work. She took about 4 minutes to cut my hair, did not style it and sent me out the door. The cut was terrible and I will not return. I had such high hopes.

I came to Scarlett with a definite need for color correction. She spent four hours fixing it, and was super friendly and funny the whole time. That was two years ago, and I'm still going back. I love this place! When people get out of the chair, they're glowing. I've never seen anyone even remotely unhappy. Thanks, Metropolis!

I love Metropolis Salon! The entire staff is always ready to greet you right when you walk in the door. They also offer you a wide range of beverages, which I think is wonderful. Scarlett did my makeup and hair for my bridal portraits and my wedding. She did a fantastic job! She is easy to work with and is a blast to talk to throughout the process. She also cuts my hair and does a fantastic job!

Most professional salon in NWA. Go see JORDAN! She is amazing w complex/modern coloring, color patterns, and cuts!

Love this place! Scarlet is amazing! I've gone to her for 2 years and she never disappoints. U have to book her in advance though cause the word is out!

I'm new in town and went to Metropolis on the overwhelmingly positive advice of a friend. I couldn't possibly be more pleased with the results. Scarlett gave me an excellent haircut without needing any real prompting from me (as a guy, I never really know what to tell a stylist anyway). The cut looks fantastic, the salon was a great space, the experience was great -- I loved it and will now give my overwhelmingly positive referrals as well!

My haircut would actually be gorgeous, for a Midwestern mom.but I specifically repeated to the stylist that I have thick hair, and that you can't do a layered bob on thick hair. I went in for a trim, and came out with a lego helmet, put on a 1950's dress, a string of pearls, and cried. I don't think I will go back. Must find stylist who can work with thick hair.

David is terrific! First time going here and David did an amazing job with my highlights and cut. He listened to what I wanted and disliked about my current hair and took his time to make it look great again! Tis salon is in a great location just off the square and has a modern and relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Metropolis!
