I got my lashes done. When she was finished my Left eye was glued shut and then a few lashes were glued to my bottom lashes. She proceeded to pick them off with her hands and rip off my natural bottom lashes. Afterwards they looked great. But as the days went on I was loosing more than usual. Previously I had them done at a different salon and they lasted 3 weeks.

Here at metropolitan salon they lasted me A WEEK. I paid $70 to not even have them last me a week. I already have gaps in my lashes and they are breaking off my natural lashes. I do NOT RECOMMEND this establishment for eye lashes. Save the money and go elsewhere.

Amazing staff! They do amazing work also! My kid has her favorite person there!

She said where is my tips at the end. "You have to tip" she said Listen honey! People tipping only if they enjoyed of service. They don't HAVE to tip. Massage was on 2,5 . I paid $60. Left not happy. And you asking for tips?! It's not professional honey!

I came in with my Maid of Honor to get a mani and pedi done. There were some scheduling issues they had mentioned but they worked it out. I brought a picture to show what I would like my nails to look like. Nothing over the top. The girl I had for my nails acted unprofessionally. When I showed the picture they flat out said no, can not do this. I don't know how.

Then one of the girls blurted out that they do not have a licensed nail technician at their establishment. Which took me back. I couldn't believe the rates they charge since they don't have a licensed professional. Well stupid me decided to give the girl a chance. Let me tell ya. Nails looked terrible. The girl asked if I liked them and I was honest I said no.

She removed the polish and didn't charge for the manicure which is fine. Whatever. Then I realized when I got home the pedicure I received was ok. They didn't buff my nails out. The nail polish just peeled off. Which is unfortunate because the color was really pretty. I'm so embarrassed because I really talked this place up to my MOH and told her how wonderful the service was. I had gotten a pedicure In October and they did an amazing job. I will never return.

I tried to set up an appointment on the website, and somehow it didn't work. Thankfully on the day that I set up my appointment, a staff member was free and willing to cut my hair. They were so sweet and kind, I will go here again.

Lauren is an amazing stylist! She is very personable and fun to talk to with the many hours I am getting my hair done! She always clarifies and will tweak or change anything you want. She is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what will look good on you color wise or haircut wise and offers her opinions to make you look your best. I have been going to her for a couple years now and she is awesome!

I went in for an eye lift and tint and I am so in love! Katie was so sweet and amazing and did an excellent job! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and that nothing was bothering my eyes. I have the before and after photos posted below.

Before my wedding I went in to get my eyelash extensions filled. The lash technician started by removing the eyelashes I had. I felt her pulling on my natural lashes quite a bit. She tried for an hour on one eye before stating she was struggling and couldn't get them to stay back on. She reassured me that she wouldn't charge me for the service she couldn't provide and I left after an hour with less eyelashes that I walked in with before my wedding. I went to Evolve and got a full set no problems. Highly recommend Evolve!

We were welcomed with a warm greeting and pleasant smile the minute we walked in. After spending some time looking at their very complete retail items we were welcomed once again by our individual massage professionals. I got Maddy and I'm very glad I did. I can testify that she can help you relax on every level. After an hour I was very relaxed and felt very ache free!

If you're looking for a massage to help you relax, ask for Maddy. Now, she also offered deep tissue massage, but I can't talk about that, as I didn't have that. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for any of the services that she offers because she was very conscientious and caring. I'd definitely ask for her again if I'm in the area. And I can NOT forget about Devinne!

She gave me the best facial I've ever had, and finished it off with hand massage! My skin feels so soft and smooth.and tension lines are gone! I only wish I lived closer to go more often for both the massage AND the facial! If you go, be sure to ask for Devinne's facial!

This was my first time at Metropolitan and it will be my only time. I recieved a manicure and pedicure and was not impressed. Some of my nails weren't painted all the way and they were not filed for shape, just cut. Would not recommend for the price.
