Well where do I begin.from the laid back amazing and uber accomadating and comical front desk to the ultra chic design scheme you are pampered from start to finish. Most importantly my phenomenal stylist "the artist" Scott is absolutely exceptional. Scott has directed me to an incredible colorist Rebecca; if she's not available any colorist who works there is top notch and on point.

I would recommend this salon to everyone and do all the time while they are complementing me on my hair. FIVE STARS to Michael & Michael Salon! The people who work here are knowledgable, artistic and don't miss a beat!

Michael & Michael is one of the best salons I have ever been too. I've been a client for the past six years and have found a happy home here. The salon is sleek and modern, the staff are friendly and courteous, and the stylists do an amazing job of accomplishing your desired look with the guidance of their expertise. The whole lot are great, but Alexa has been a true gem, always perfecting my ever-changing hair journey. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I've been at Michael & Michael for almost three years and I see Emily, and I really can't say enough good things. I've highlighted and colored my hair for probably 15 years and have seen countless colorists. I have always had issues with the condition my hair is left in, a never ending cycle of straggly and damaged hair. Since seeing Emily she has completely changed the integrity of my hair, I am blonde and it's healthier than ever.

I have full confidence in her each time I come in, I give her a small idea of what I think I want the end result to be, and she nails it every time. The salon is always impeccable and the products offered I am loving. So worth the hour drive I make to get there

I used to have my hair colored at Michael & Michael, but the prices kept going up and Steven, my colorist, seemed to charge a different price each time, no matter if it was a single or double process. The price kept changing and I wouldn't be told until I was ready to pay. It got to be ridiculous paying double what you'd pay in a normal high-end salon.

Besides never having convenient times for appointment, I decided to cut my losses on this over rated place and go somewhere closer to where I live. It was the best decision I ever made! I still can't believe I went to this snobby salon for as long as I did. My hair is now back in the best shape ever, color-wise, and there is never a problem booking an appointment.

I don't appreciate colorists who talk about other customers either. I no longer have to spend four hours getting a double process and paying $400.00 or more when most stylists can accomplish better results in two hours and charge half the amount. Definitely not worth what they charge at this salon. So glad to be done with this overpriced and uppity salon. At Michael & Michael, honesty and customer service were never their strong points.
