A SEATTLE FAVORITE SINCE 1997, NAPOLITANO has really come full circle. Their first Spa opened on Queen Anne in 1997, with a second following in 2007 on Eastlake. Mary Napolitano, a licensed esthetician for 30 years realized it was time to simplify and return to her real passion which is results oriented and relaxing, one on one treatments with her clients.
She studied at Atarashii Seattle in 1985. Followed by intensive trainings including the Lancome Institut de Beaute in New York. Many exciting oportunites have presented themselves along the way.

This special manicure is performed in a private room while you relax in a warm facial bed. A beautifully thorough manicure with the addition of a hydrating heated mitt treatment, nail buffing or polish. Add to the sport pedicure, a sea and mineral salt scrub from knee to toe, acupressure foot massage, callous work and heated boots for complete pampering.

Awesome! I work in salon industry for 30 years so take it to heart when I say Mary is one of the best I've seen! She provides excellent services while providing a very comfortable environment. She has an eye for detail and you leave feeling pampered and beautiful. I highly recommend Napolitano Skin and Body studio!

I don't know if there are two locations but the napolitano skin and body studio (located at the above address) is the worst spa experience. I received a massage about a year and a half ago and the experience was average and very cold. I was given a gift certificate for a facial from my husband and when I called to schedule an appointment I spoke with Mary the owner.
When I asked for a Saturday appointment she asked if I could do any other day and I explained that I couldn't because I have a baby and I have to select a day when my husband will be available to watch our baby. She said "Saturdays are so busy and I don't like working Saturdays". I was shocked but she eventually scheduled me two months in advance.
After scheduling the appointment she said "you need to give 24 hours cancellation notice or else I will revoke your gift card if I get mad at you". I cannot believe this is the customer service of a small business owner. I had given her no reason to believe that I would be cancelling, and then she threatened to take away my gift card that my husband had spent a lot of money on. I will never return to this business.

Owner operated and overall great experience. Based off of these reviews, I called in to set up a Spa Day for my girlfriend's birthday. She is very particular and said it was "literally the nicest spa she had been in to" (that is actually saying a lot). Essential Mani, Essential Pedi & Special Care Massage (90 mins). Free garage parking and great customer service.
I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone who asks. For the record, I told my girlfriend I was worried that they offered so many different services because this usually means they don't "specialize" in one particular service. She was quick to respond that this was absolutely not the case and as far as she could tell, each service was kept to very, very high standards.
