This is my second time going to Alexus. I'm platinum blonde and I go in for a trim and a root touch up. My hair looks amazing when I leave and I feel like she angled the front of my hair when she trimmed it and I love it! when I go in it's very relaxing vibe, Alexus is super down to earth and I will continue to use her for my hair! Thank you for making me feel good

Sooo where do I start when I tell you shanell did not come to Texas to play. every single for time I have left her door I have came out looking fire. ( sidebar) I'm very picky She is so calm and she has the warmest Demeanor. Her space is always clean and she has a fast turn around for coloring hair. She's extremely flexible and she takes pride in her work.

The only suggestion I would give her is to change her name to Shanell BrownSugar whatlace. so if your looking for an Extraordinary stylist that won't tear your sides out and delivers every time, she's your girl. Just don't get my color

I went and got my first wig install tonight by shanell and I can say she is by far the best at what she does. I'm absolutely inlove with my hair I'm looking forward to comin back I will definitely be referring a few friends. Service: Hairstyling

My hair stylist Andy Martin was wonderful. I love my new hairstyle. It is also worth mentioning that there was no wait time this evening during my Walk-In.

If I could give - negative stars I would and this review is not for the establishment it self it is for the business named Shanell Horshaw! I was very disappointed by the service or shall I say no service, I didnt receive. I was referred to her by a friend, who thought she was very talented and quick when she did her hair.so I decided to try her when she made my appointment she was very prompt and professional but the day of my appointment, she pushed it back until 3:30pm because her initial client was running late which put her behind!

To be on the safe side I told her I could come at 4pm giving her a little more time in between myself and her previous client! She agreed, I arrived at 3:45, she acknowledged me however she needed more time, at 4:15 nothing - at 4:30 nothing finally at 4:45pm, I just walked out, I was so disappointed! Who keeps a person waiting for an hour and doesn't say anything! SMDH.horrible horrible horrible its really sad you can't support some small black businesses!

I wind up doing my own hair and this was seriously a waste of time I am including her business card maybe she will be better for someone else and a picture of my hair after I completed it myself

I absolutely love Lori Hutton. She is amazing. I have naturally curly hair and my daughter has bouncy hair with some curls. She has always done an amazing job on our hair and fixed it perfectly both times my daughter decided to cut her bangs (at 5yrs and 9 yrs). I will never go to anyone else.

I can only speak for 2 of the hair stylists, but they are both fantastic. Alicia (can not remember her last name) bobbed my 9 year olds hair and Lauren Karnes just cut 11 inches off my hair. She did an incredible job and I've received nothing but great compliments on my hair!
