Adrienne is the best! I get my Brazilian waxes here- haven't tried out other services but will for sure. Very calm and clean space. In and out and always a great experience. Bring cash for tips! I love it here

Hanan was amazing. It's my first massage in years and I've been so achy. I walked in without an appointment and the receptionist was able to take me in for a 50 minute massage right away. I was taken into a room upstairs. 50 minutes, face down only. The deep tissue massage I got left me feeling much more relaxed afterwards! The cost was $80 and I left a cash tip (the receptionist gave me an envelope.bring cash). Just a heads up. Hanan massaged my buttocks which the resort hotel spas often avoid. I think this actually helped a lot with my back pain.

Adrienne is a master at skin care I highly recommend her services.

Great spa! Very courteous over the phone. I booked a couples massage for my partner and I, and he and I had a great time. It was my partner's first massage, and he was rather ticklish around the neck, but our masseuse was great about it! My body felt invigorated afterwards. We got an extra facial added on, and I came in a bit congested and whatever they did, it cleared it right up. Would love to visit again!

This was my first time at Qi. At first I was very uncomfortable because it was my first time getting a massage and first time doing something like this. Honestly, my experience was amazing. From the customer service and service they provide was excellent. I am definitely coming back.

This is an amazing spa! I work out a lot and have been to many spas before but I found my favorite spa in DC area. The masseuse is really professional and released most of my very tensed muscles in the first visit. The environment is extremely clean, calm, and friendly. It is definitely worth the money. Already been here three times the service was always consistent! definitely recommend to everyone!

If I could give negative stars I would! Absolutely worse waxing experience I ever had and then ran me and my friends down for a tip for awful service? Very unprofessional. This establishment needs to be shut down immediately and effectively. If you cannot wax all types of hair then you need to make that aware to your customers. Just horrible. 40 minutes of pain, torture, and suffering.

Adrienne hands down gives THE best wax in DC, and might have been the most pleasant waxing experience I've ever had in my life. She is talented, meticulous, hilarious and made me feel so comfortable. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Adrienne!

Just recently move to DC and im glad i find this place. It's gonna be my go to place for brazilian! Adrienne did a wonderful job. She a pro. Very quick, clean and also entertaining. I feel comfortable and the lotion was amazing so calming. Reservation is great, they remind you of your appointment and confirm it. The receptionist is friendly too and they make sure they follow the covid19 protocol. Place is clean

Massage was amazing! My husband and I went for couple massage yesterday, our therapists were truly professional and very knowledgeable in ironing out my kinks, we'll definitely keep coming back and tell my friends.

If you want to spend $300 for a beat down then this is the place to be. Everything was entirely to rough and very harsh. I had to tell the inexperienced masseuse that she was hurting me. She used her elbow and drilled it down my spine causing a burning sensation. I thought she was trying to dislocate my shoulder. Nothing about the experience was nice.

I definitely don't believe they are trained and just hired anyone real fast. This was not my first time having a massage but it was my first time there. I wouldn't recommend anyone spending there money here. My back and legs are still sore I feel like I went through intense training.

Excellent experience. I have been attending this spa for almost two years now for massages and the staff are friendly and accommodating (of same day requests) and offer a clean and comfortable experience. I got a deep tissue massage by Wendy for the first time and she is amazing. Highly recommend Wendy and the rest of staff.

Best massage EVER! Customer service was excellent. Wendy and Hannah did my husband's and I massage and it was the highlight of our visit to DC. Next time we come back we will definitely be going back to Qi Image Spa.

Hanaa provided me a great service. I enjoy every minute in my 60-minute foot massage. The spa doesnt look fancy but it is clean. Strongly recommend this place.

Adrienne did a wonderful job making sure my first experience was comfortable and calm. She's really easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions (plus she's pretty funny). Very satisfied with my results and I highly recommend her for anyone nervous about their first Brazilian! I can't wait to go back!

Not my first time at Qi Spa--it's a hidden gem in Georgetown. My husband and I purchased the couple's massage and it was AMAZING! Both masseuses were highly professional and were one of the best I've ever experienced. They were so good at finding our stress spots and worked on us at different paces. We left feeling relaxed and happy. Highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my experience at Qi. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule my appointment and we're even able to fit me in for a same day appointment. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the woman who did my wax but she was very personable and extremely quick!

I've had a lot of massages and I can say with absolute certainty that this was the best massage I have ever had! I had a crazy amount of knots and was prepared to be in excruciating pain the whole time to get them out, but Hanaa was able to get them all out while causing me minimal discomfort. I was so impressed with her ability to adapt to exactly what my muscles needed, giving the time and attention to the tight areas of my back that needed the most work while not neglecting to make sure that all of my pain was relieved.

To me, the sign of a good massage is that it's sustainable and you don't feel like you need another right away because your knots are actually gone. Even though I felt like I didn't need one right away, I still wanted another! Thanks Hanaa, you're the best!

Fiance hurt his back while walking the city and Qi provided a last minute miracle. The massage was thorough and a life saver. He had trouble walking when we came in and was able to walk down the stairs comfortably an hour later. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I went here for a couples massage around Valentine's Day as recommended by a friend. The price was fair, actually much cheaper than most other places. It's definitely quite hidden in Georgetown - we passed it multiple times before we found the door to enter. I will say the massage was really good, but also painful at times - my husband felt the same way.

We probably should have asked for them to dial back on the pressure a little bit, and the over stretching of our limbs. My husband woke up with a pretty big bruise the next morning, which isn't uncommon after a massage, but the degree of pressure would have been our only compliant. We are up in the air about if we'd return for another massage or not.

I went to this salon looking for a quick lip wax ($12). I called ahead and they were able to work me in for about 20 minutes later, which I appreciated. The storefront is easy to miss, but it's essentially next to and right above L'Occitane. I was seen immediately upon arrival. The technician was efficient and did an ok job, but she might have been moving a little too quickly because she got wax on my lips and some was still left after she cleaned the area. Overall, this place is fine for when I'm in a pinch, but that's about it - I will not be making it my regular spot, even though it's convenient.

Update: 2/2/2019: 90 minute deep tissue - Wendy and Hanaa are angels! Stacie at the front desk, absolute professional and great customer service. Update: another 90 minute on 10/15/2017 with Wendy and Hannah - absolutely wonderful! An absolute chance.walking through Georgetown after lunch and spur of the moment - 'let's get a massage'. Did a a side by side with therapists Wendy and Fatia - absolutely amazing.

One deep tissue (Fatia) and one swedish (Wendy).I was the deep tissue and the pressure was amazing - this girl was strong like the Bounty dishtowel guy.an incredible massage.will definitely be back. One comical piece. I have spent a lot of time touring / working in asia - the older woman taking payment runs the place like a mamasan in General Santos City - very matter of fact - and 'all business' - I respect that!

My wife and I went to have a pre-Mother's day celebration. The experience was great. I'm a big guy and my therapist Wendy hit all the spots. I wish we could have gone longer than 90 minutes. Next time we will do more of full spa treatment. Great experience We've gone twice more since then, and we will be back next month for my wife's birthday. Great treatments and Wendy is top notch

Had a great facial experience (Antioxidant facial from a GroupOn) with their esthetician. I had no problem booking the facial at all, it was very easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The facial felt amazing, and she did a great job assessing my skin and making recommendations. There are quite a few mixed reviews for Qi, but I had a very good experience and would recommend it.

The room in which I had the facial was very tiny and had a lot of stuff (i.e. products, etc) in it, so it felt a little crammed, but other than that, I will definitely be returning to Qi for a facial sometime soon!

Def recommend this spa. Just book it, you won't regret it. We decided to have a girls day today. We booked the mother daughter massage and facial. This place is amazing. The Chinese tea they serve is amazing. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The facial was one of the best either of us have ever had! The Esthetician was top-notch. She really does know what she is doing.

The massages were also very good. The spa itself is quaint and there is not much room to move around. I feel like, it adds to the charm. We will be back! Thank you to Stacy at the desk. She is so kind and helpful. Truly a gem.

Please be careful. I went there for a facial with extractions and was not initially told charges. Elena did half the face because she said it was in bad condition and asked me to come the next day when she spent 90 min and I was charged 260 + tip. Was told to come a third day for 60min and while I was laying down Elena said it might take 15more min.

After the facial I was charged for those extra 15min too. $40 for 15min without informing me. Was told again to come the next day which I cancelled. I asked Elena number of times what she was using on my face and everytime she had one answer 'special medicine.' Forget the $600 that they charged me in 3 days. My face has scarring all over. Scarring that never existed. I'm planing to call BBB but plz save ur money & do some homework before going here. I regret it so much.
