Poor service and management
I would give this place 0 stars if possible! My most recent treatment was laser hair removal for my underarms but the technician (Angela) actually gave me 2nd degree burns in both of my underarms! The spa director Candice didn't even ask to see the affected areas when I went to her to complain but simply dismissed the issue as "mild discomfort." I have felt pain and actually have a very high threshold, but this was absolutely excruciating. I wasn't offered an apology, a refund, or even Motrin for my experience...only a reminder that I signed a release. Release or not, there is NO excuse for second degree burns from a technician who claims to have 20 years of spotless experience!! I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.
