Go see Tyesha! She's a student there. I received a micro Derm. It was so relaxing, almost put me to sleep. Results are great!

Coming from a student who use to attend it's not what they claim to be like. It's horrible the disrespect and discrimination some of the teachers show is crazy they make new rules everyday they don't turn in and do paperwork correctly but they are quick to ask for money. It's not 0/10 recommend. It was a waste of time.

I was there Saturday, no instructors came and checked on the girl that was doing my hair. The instructors were to busy conversating among each other in the office.

It has to be the WORST experience ever. the new staff is ridiculously rude& unprofessional. The salon has a negative vibe and it's not pleasant to be at. The short male instructor on the cosmetology floor had girls in tears, being extremely rude while he help one student the entire time i was there didn't once did anyone come up to me or the girl doing my hair. he stayed working with one student on a mannequin head! definitely not worth the money i was charged.

Critical: Quality, Value They do not know how to do "textured" hair. They are very rude and I felt threatened by teachers and students. 0/5 waste of time and money

Went here today and got a 30 min massage and a hair cut. Massage was fine, the girl did an ok job, but then when I tipped her ($5 tip for a $15 service) she rolled her eyes at me. Then I got a haircut from someone else. She was really slow which I thought was ok, she is learning and I would rather she go slow than go too fast and screw it up, but when she was done it looked exactly the same as when she started!

I told her that I just wanted her to trim off my dead ends ( which I still have plenty of) and to fix this area that I tried to cut myself ( which still looks the same). I wasn't expecting anything spectacular because I know that everyone here is a student and I know that I may have been one of her first clients ever but I mean come on. And the thing that bothered me the most was how negative it felt in there.

Nobody who worked on me smiled at me, when I tried to make small talk they didn't want anything to do with it. I felt like I was bothering them so much by being there that I asked if they were closing soon and i was keeping them open and the girl said that they were not closing for another few hours. If you're working with costumers at least put on a fake smile and pretend to like them.

I do it every day at my job, it's not that hard. I feel like they should be stressing this more at a beauty school because people enjoy feeling liked and that is how you get return costumers. I won't be going back.

CHARGED ME AFTER NO SERVICES RENDERED! To bad there is not a zero or negative number star option so I'm forced to give it a one star. I've been going here for about 20 years.back when they were in N. Olmsted as well. All I ever get is a polish change or my toes and fingers. I signed in and told the person at the register that I just wanted a polish change.

A person by the name of Marge overhead my request and said I had to do a full pedicure. they do not do just polish changes. I asked her why and she very rudely said "because people have such nasty feet we have to soak them first". She was VERY unprofessional and rude about it! She never even saw my feet.and by they way, they are NOT nasty! I asked for the manager.she said "I AM in charge." So I just left and said I would contact the owner.

I left a message for him.but he didn't care enough to call me back. I was shocked to see the charge for the polish change had actually gone through my account after leaving without anything done. I called about the credit card charge four times. I was finally told the director gave me an option to come back and have the polish change since they DO offer that service (and Marge was mistaken) or I can come up and get the cash.

It would be forty minutes to go there and back from where I live. I told her I will not come back there if the rude woman Marge still worked there.because I do not want a confrontation with her. And it is ridiculous for me to go all the way there for $10.80 in cash. I asked if they could just credit my account. The director never called me back so I have to waste my gas and time now to go up there to get my $10.80 back! Way to make your CUSTOMER pay for THEIR mistake! Absolutely ridiculous!

I had one lesser experience of a nail job done at one location and communicated my experience without offending the student who is actively learning, and they quickly remedied the situation and invited me back to have my nails fixed. I would give them 5/5 stars for customer service. As for the services themselves, you get what you pay for which is affordable student services. You may get the top-of-the class student or someone at the beginning of their training. Just be thankful you are getting a steal!
