You can see for yourself that what you ask for is not what you always get. My nails already look like they need a fill in and are only hours old. I had Mina. The shape is always not how I wanted and look thick and bulky although I kept asking for them to be like the picture I just kept getting told she wasnt done. But after numerous requests and telling her I was dissatisfied she just wasn't doing what I wanted.
It shouldn't be that hard to shape nails. She was also supposed to do my pedicure but then I was told I can't I have another customer? Ok so am I not also a customer? The pedicure ended up being done by Helen and was also equally dissatisfying. She was not friendly and definitely didn't do everything a spa pedicure is supposed to include.

This is a beautiful nail salon! It's very professional and a beautiful environment to go to. The staff are respectful, professional, nice personality and friendly. I don't live near to this nail salon but I don't mind because I love this place. It's very clean and safe. I would recommend anyone to come here. I give it 10 stars! Thank you! Bianca Best

Critical: Quality After reading all these good review, I went to do powder dip tips. It was done so poorly that from the next day one of the nail broke off and every day after that another nail started to break off so easily. Maybe they are good for other services but not powder dip nails. Service: Dip powder

I've been coming to this place for years. And I always make an appointment, and show up either 5 minutes early or on time. The ladies are very nice, but the couple who sit in the front always make me wait 45 minutes WHEN I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT and they take a walk in. I'm currently sitting in a chair waiting to get my nails done and still no lady after 20 minutes. It's a shame because I grew close to the ladies over the years, but front desk has made it an awful experience coming here

Their instruments are sanitized and individually wrapped, giving me the confidence that they take hygiene very seriously here. When I book my appointments I specifically book with Mina. She takes pride with her designs and work and have been fully satisfied with every visit.
I've had regular manicures, gel polish manicures, spa pedicure and eyebrow waxing. If you are looking to get a full set of lashes, you have to make an appointment with Jennifer. These ladies do not disappoint! Since the COVID pandemic, Rebeckah's Nail and Spa adhere to all health guidelines to ensure a safe experience. They take your temperature and have you fill out a form before you are seated.
Their working stations are spaced apart to keep with social distancing. They continue to work very hard to provide a safe, enjoyable experience and have not been disappointed.
