I went to this salon for the first time to get my haircut. After she cut she could see that it was not even, so she trimmed more off the longer side (I think she ended up taking more off than I asked her to), but didn't really check it again. When I got home my husband said he thought it looked uneven. I thought maybe it was just the way it was curled, but after washing it still seems uneven. Also, she asked if I want layers, I said yes, including around the face. I did not get them. The salon was clean, but I will not be returning and will now have to find time to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

Gabby is amazing! Every time I have my hair cut or trimmed, there isn't a single thing I can find wrong with it. Just recently had some highlights done to brighten up the tone of my hair, and it turned out perfectly natural how I wanted it. She's my go to for hair and brow threading!

I was in a couple of years ago and had a bad experience with a haircut and color, things have not changed. My color is at least 2 shades darker, 1 eyebrow she made so thin and didn't pluck any of the individual hair that was missed. I told her I liked a lot of layers with my cut and how much I wanted off. She cut the bottom and started to dry it. I reminded her that I also wanted the layers cut.

Which she did a little bit in the back, left the sides and top alone and proceeded to dry my hair by just running her fingers through my hair. After I asked why she didn't at least use a round brush, I even asked her if she thought the hairstyle was in any way attractive. IT WASN'T

I went in for a simple trim from the stylist Gabby and came out with layers. She even completely texturized my hair without consulting me, by using a razor that wasn't sharp-which you could tell by how it sounded. When I questioned Gabby, she said that it will help my hair. even though I did not ask for it. After I left I already had split ends. I felt like she did what she wanted to my hair without my approval. It took me so long to grow layers out and now I am back to square one.

My husband is in the military and we have lived all over the US, finding a good salon and stylists is HARD! We currently live in a diff state and I make a point to drive the 3+ hours just to get my hair done here! And I've been a client for probably 15 years. I love how they add so many extra special touches like head + hand massage & hot towel all for a seriously unbelievable price (I've paid twice as much at other places for way less and not loved my hair).

I've had almost all the stylists, including the owner, do my hair and they ALL give the same stellar service and excellence of work. I'm planning a full spa day for my birthday because they also offer all the services, like massage, facials, nails, treatments, etc. Worth it!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value I went from a medium brunette to a blonde and Gabby met and EXCEEDED my expectations! She kept me calm during a nervous (but exciting) time. She also gave me advice on the best products to use and smells the best! Her skills and knowledge are incredible.
