Orlando is a master stylist. Convenient Parking. Having someone that knows his craft is what keeps me coming back. I referred a friend with hairl loss due to cancer, and Orlando created a custom wig that changed her life. Great place.

I love love love Orlando at Renova Salon. I have been getting my hair cut with him for 18 years (even before Renova existed). Even now that I live in Sweden I save my haircuts for when I am visiting my folks in Miami so I can go to him. Personally, I like interesting cuts that take little effort to care for. Orlando has always given me creative haircut solutions and always takes my personality, face shape and style in to consideration.

My advice to you is to go to him with a length in mind and ask for his suggestions - he is a hairstylist you can trust! Yesterday I went outside my usual haircut comfort zone and went to Orlando for an updo and makeup trial for my wedding. It was a marvelous experience - he gave me great hair and makeup options based on the photo ideas I brought in and I am 100% confident my hair and makeup will be perfect on my wedding day. Color, cut, and up dos by Orlando never ever disappoint. And they serve my favorite cappuccinos in the city (and I'm picky). I've also had mani pedis at the salon and the girls are very meticulous and their tools are always clean.

Total ripoff! Owner is dishonest, does not disclose any cost to you, and doesn't tell you what isn't part of the service you requested. My bill was $630! My hair will never be that important to me. It isn't housing, food, medicine nor childcare. It is just hair. Ridiculous, dishonest and disgraceful.

I went there for the first time on new years eve. i was desperate for a blow dry so I was ecstatic when Lorenzo picked up the phone and said there was an opening. I remember saying, "Perfect! I will be right there!" I'm a local and was curious about this salon. The lady who did my hair did a decent job. Not the best blow-dry or the worst in Miami; it was just okay.

Everything was fine until I needed to pay. Lorenzo charged me $65! I usually get my hair blow-dried for $35-40 in nicer looking salons. I have fine hair and not a lot of it. Once I commented on the price, he went on about how a woman with short, pixie-length hair would be $40! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! I was not born yesterday! I knew right then and there that he was blatantly lying to me.

I made the mistake when I didn't ask for pricing BEFORE getting my hair done, but there was nothing I could do at that point. I paid and left. Taking advantage of customers is not a good way to conduct business, I will NEVER be coming back to this place again.

I have never had a better cut ANYWHERE! Orlando is a genious and everyone in the salon is gracious. The customer service is exceptional. The quality of the work is beyond compare!

I made Gel Nails there and after two days broked the first one. That's not the only thing, my nails looked HORRIBLE! One long, one short, one up, one down. The pedi was ok, only that the color holded 3 days. For ONLY coloring my hair I paid 385 $, without any kind of haircut or blow dry.

A bunch of my friends and I went to this salon for my friends bachelorette party we scheduled it kind of last minute, but they really worked with us between changing details, allowing us to bring food and drinks (they even brought us wine glasses and a food tray) they have complimentary refreshments and the only downside was some of the staff didn't speak english.

The man who I think was the manager came out to talk to us and was really polite and professional. Also I always have issues with my nails chipping, but over a week later they're still good. There services were pretty cheap for the most part. I would definitely go back again.

DO NOT GO if you are getting hair color. The owner, Orlando charges extremely too much. He charged me $400 dollars for ONE hair color and the hair products he used were cheap. My hair is very healthy and he damaged my hair with these products. NEVER going back.
