Makes it very easy to schedule a service. One of the foremost premium salons in Sacramento!

I absolutely love my hair extensions! Joy did a beautiful job applying the extensions, a thorough job explaining how to care for them, and has been extremely helpful answering all of my questions. If I had known this was possible and that extensions could be so transformative and look and feel so natural, I would have opted to do this long, long ago! Thank you to everyone at Salon Bravissimo!

My husband and I love to come to this salon. The salon always super busy. We love how they make it so easy for booking an appointment online and if we have any question We can text them for fast response. They also sell our favorites Orbie products. Staffs are friendly. All stylists always take new classes to improve their skills. We are highly recommend.

Gina did an incredible color correction giving me my dream silvery grey hair! I have been to 2 other hairdressers trying to achieve this look (both fried my hair causing me to need to chop it twice) and Gina nailed it while ensuring the health of my hair was maintained. I cannot sing her praises loud enough. Highly recommend her work!

We enjoy getting our family haircuts done here, the service is always friendly & professional. The staff goes out of there way to make sure we are taken care of. Absolutely loved loved it here! I had Dominique work on my hair, super sweet lady. I really enjoying talking with her and she did such an amazing job! Definitely coming back.

Would be 0 stars, if I could. New to the area and my girlfriend was looking for a new salon. Told my girlfriend to get whatever she wants done to her hair. She comes back and tells me that they burned her. I see the burns and tell her to reach out to the business to see if they will do anything about it. Mike responds but is doing nothing but asking questions and pushing the blame to us saying she may have had one thing or another, even though she said she brought the issue up while it was happening. I dont mind paying ~$600. What I do mind is getting terrible service and people that don't own up to things. I will never recommend this business and they lost our business

Got upcharged for services applied to my hair that i didnt need or want and got burned from hair chemical put on my head/roots that I didn't ask for. I came in just for highlights and a trim. Nothing should have been on my roots in the first place. My total came out to over $500 and i left with a burn. I let Gina know my head was burning when she was putting it on, trying to trust what she was doing was necessary, and she dismissed it saying it would go away.

It didn't and my scalp is scabbing days later. I sent the salon a photo and let them know and did not offer any kind of credit back at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Unless you want to pay serious money for a lackluster hair and burns.

The Salon is fantastic! April did cut and made recommendations for treatment with Keratin Complex. Dominique did the Keratin complex and it worked. You can see the difference! I will definitely be returning to see both of them.

I know where they are! All I was trying to achieve, was for their Receptionist to pick up the phone and to schedule me. I did see BOTH there: young Receptionist and a Phone. Instead, their recording keeps repeating, endlessly, same detailed directions for drivers. (916) 972-7273.

Went to see Ashleah and she did an amazing job with my hair. I got a scalp treatment and she cut my hair. She always does such a great job, everyone loves my new look that is to Ashleah!

I seriously needed a good haircut and some life back to my hair. My last haircut (at a great clips) about a year ago was the worst I'd ever had. Needless to say I was nervous to try again lol So after doing some research, I went with Salon Bravissimo on Howe Ave. I chose Dominique from the stylist page because she just had a friendly face (: I am so glad I did because I literally got the best haircut I've ever had today!

She listened to everything I said I wanted (and didn't want), asked questions and made sure I knew what she was doing every step of the way. She took her time and really took care of me. I left feeling like a million bucks, and as a mommy to 5 kiddos that feeling doesn't come as often as I'd like. Besides Dominique being absolutely fantastic, the salon was clean, quiet and relaxing. Everyone there was extremely welcoming. I will 100 percent be be back. I think color is next! (:

Another five star treatment, shampoo, cut and blow out by Dominique. She lets me relax and I know I will leave with a beautiful cut and style. Always recommends the best treatment so my hair keeps looking good as I style on my own. Beautiful location to visit. Kerastase & Orbe products. Employees all seem happy to be there which is a nice atmosphere to support.

I went into see Gina to do my hair. We bleached my hair and colored it a couple times before doing extensions. My vision for my hair was two purple pieces on the sides not in the back. After 6 hours of work I left and was upset and asked to come back the next day to fix the back (note: she said it would blend once curly LOL) and to fix some extension pieces because they were painful.

After going back in she did what I asked but did not blend it after adding new extension pieces so my hair was choppy. After a week my hair was itchy and painful so I went elsewhere to get them removed. I was told by Gina she did not cut my length but as you can see In the photos before she cut my hair for the extensions it was longer than it is now.

I paid 1100$ for hair that looked like 200$. And they would not give me a refund after the first time and told me they will fix it instead. Well now My hair is completely ruined and has no curl to it anymore form the damage that was done. Never coming here again.

I've already had an amazing experience at The salon Bravissimo fair oaks location but the new salon really does have the wow factor. The bright open windows and plants everywhere provide a peaceful environment. The staff and stylists are very welcoming and are ready to help with anything! You can tell the Owner Joy cares about the quality and treatment that all of her guests receive and I can't wait to recommend more people to this lovely salon!

Amazing salon! The new location is beautiful and inviting. There is an extensive amount of hair and beauty products, and the people who work there are always so kind. I had an amazing time with the stylist Gabi, who did a perfect job of getting my hair how I wanted it. And on top of all that, the price is very reasonable! I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need my hair done. :

Serene luxury is what comes to mind when I think of this salon. It was my first time coming to this location and I had a bit of a tough time finding it, but once I made it there, it exceeded my expectations. The salon is brand new, the decor is so beautiful and calming, especially the windows that open up to beautiful trees and sky. However, the service in itself was wonderful. Lexi was my stylist and she was amazing. Took her time and gave me gorgeous color and finished it off with a chic bob.

The staff in general were really kind to everyone as well. Complimenting and caring. Nothing snobby like in some other salons. Check it out, but leave a little earlier since it's a bit hidden. Well worth the price.

Great salon! Extremely clean and efficient. Love that I can make an appointment on line and don't have to call. Parking can be an issue, small lot and was very crowded when I was there, a Friday afternoon, but may not be so bad other times. I will go back.

I REFUSE to go anywhere else for my hair or eyebrows! Salon Bravissimo has proven to be the best in Sacramento! Behnaz is an absolute hair artist and Denh is an eyebrow master! Love all the salon and spa artists here! Everyone is friendly and the reception area offers you water, tea or coffee right when you walk in. The prices are reasonable for how exceptional the service is as well!
