I have been going to Salon CTI since it was built on Richmond. Followed them to the new location with a new owner. Totally different vibe. I want to say first, I am very young at heart however the music was annoying. It was more like club music than something to relax to while you are paying a lot to get your hair done. Maybe because there are a lot of 20 something stylists at this location.

I really missed Terry and Donna being up front. They always made you feel welcome and greeted you by name . Hope they don't loose focus of us who have been coming here for years who aren't in their 20's. On a positive note I adore Joy and the place is nicely decorated.

OK another great day at CTI. This time it was spa services. Everything is so clean and well appointed. Started with a mani/pedi with JOJO. She is so good! She pays attention to detail, nice conversationist, great colors to choose from not to mention my hands and feet look & feel amazing. Plus it was no more expensive then the small walk-in places.

Then it was off for a massage. It is the 3rd massage I have had with Sam. She starts out slow to put you in the zone. She softly asks if the pressure is ok. Then she moves on the the knots and tension. She now knows what I need and focus's on those areas. The soreness is gone and I feel so relaxed. Thank you both JOJO and Sam for a great day!

DON'T buy a gift card to this place. My mother purchased a gift card for me and I haven't had time to use it. After a year they subtract money from it. Each month $2 comes off it. So since it has been over 3 1/2 years, my 100 gift from my mom is now worth less than a measly 40 bucks. I am so sad. I would have gone there and just bought hair products.

She got it for me to get massages and you can't book those online so I never had the time to go there. I thought it would be good and it appears that this owner thinks only of the bottom line.

On a recent visit to Appleton I called Salon CTI for a same day appointment. They were able to fit me in at my preferred time which was a great start. My stylist Mackenzie was a delight -- poised, gracious, and sweetly professional. She shaped up a bad grow out and suggested just the right product to keep it looking fine, all at a fair price for the quality of service. The salon was spotless, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

This is the best salon in the Valley, no one else educates like they do about your hair to make it healthy and beautiful. I felt like a celebrity when my hair was cut here! Joe, Joy, Christopher and the entire team make this salon great, thank you for my hair getting the most compliments ever!

I've been seeing Ashley Buss at Salon CTI for several years - as have pretty much everyone in my family.my spouse, our five daughters and my mother-in-law, too. If it was allowed, we would probably let her cut our beloved dog's hair, too. :- Ashley is enthusiastic, accommodating and talented. She is on a continual journey of perfecting her craft, so her clients have the latest techniques in the industry at their disposal. Tip: plan in advance for your appointments because Ashley's popularity keeps her schedule full!

I have been going to Salon CTI for years. My daughter goes there too. The service at Salon CTI is exceptional. Our stylist is Ashley and she is phenomenal. We will always give Salon CTI five stars.

I have been coming here for years and couldn't be happier. Whoever is working the front desk always greets me by name with a great big smile. Ashley is the only one I have been coming to except when she was off for a period. Ashley does such a great job. All of my family members have been to see Ashley, and I recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone.

Before moving to KY, CTI was the only place I would go to get my haircut. I have been a satisfied customer of CTI for years and years and years and have utilized almost all of their services. My last stop here was on a visit back to WI because I wanted to chop my hair really short and I have not yet found someone I trust in Louisville to do it. I got a cut and style as well as getting my eyebrows under control and left very satisfied. The prices are a little high but the quality and service are worth it.

CTI has the prices for a high end salon but the professionalism of a low end establishment. I went there for the first time and the stylist seemed very unsure of herself and took forever to mix the color. Turned out mediocre and was not worth what I paid. During my long wait I could hear two stylists gossiping and making fun of another client. I found it offensive and highly inappropriate.

All I could think about was what they were going to say about me after I left. I will never go back and will make sure nobody else does either. Maybe they should spend their time upgrading their skills instead of downgrading their clients. I wish I knew the person they were talking about so I could inform them and discourage them from returning as well. Very rude and tacky!

I just moved back to the area from Phoenix. After giving another colorist two chances, I called Salon CTI and asked for a good colorist to do a root touch up and to tone my naturally dark hair to the platinum color I desired. Kayla did a great job getting it to the right color with no yellow! THANKS KAYLA!

After getting my hair cut and colored in Beverly Hills for the last 13 years, I can say that Salon CTI is easily on par with the finest salons. I absolutely loved my experience here and can't wait to go back. Super hip, and super fun but most importantly, they are professionals. No mom cuts allowed. XOXOXOXO

You have to check out Stephanie, she's the greatest. I have traveled half way across the country just to come back and have her color my hair! It's so worth it.

Got multiple massages from this salon. cant remember her name but she is amazing! getting my hair done here for the first time tomorrow.cant wait. i love there customer service and make me feel like im going to a very high end salon. and not super expensive. love the monday morning make overs!

Went there for a cut and highlights. Not that impressed with the quality of work. It was just ok. But the staff was nice. Stylist was very good at explaining what he did. Nothing special just another salon. Made me really miss my hairdresser in NYC. :

This place is generally fairly priced, and you'll likely get a good cut no matter what stylist you get. Some stylists are way better than others though, but since I've been spending most of my time in the Chicago area, I'm not sure who still works there. Since this is small-town Wisconsin, the stylists are going to be better with conservative cuts and colors, but if you live there, that's probably the vibe you're going for. I'd especially recommend their up-dos.

I had three or four done there for various high school dances, and even though my hair was only a bit beyond chin length, they were able to style it in amazingly creative ways. Definitely much more than I could've done on my own. Once, when I accidentally dyed my hair bright red (long story), they kindly helped me fix it, even though it took over two hours. While I paid more than I would've liked, I was glad that they didn't give me too much crap about it, and made sure I was happy with the fixes.
