Love this place. Stations are scattered about so that it feels spacious and you don't feel like you have to introduce yourself to the person next to you. Stylists seem very knowledgeable and everyone is friendly Also I am finally getting the hairstyle I want.

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new hair stylist. It had been over a year since I went to a salon and my hair was so long. Hannah cut my hair and listened to exactly how I wanted it cut. I wanted lots of short layers to add volume to my hair and Hannah did a great job. She was so nice and friendly. I'm so glad I went to Hannah and I'll be going back soon to get highlights.

Scalped Salon is simply amazing! On entering the environment instantly puts you in a serene state of mind. The staff greets you with a warm friendly smile and immediately let's your stylist know you are there, I should say here that setting an appointment is always very simple with a prompt time according to your schedule, likewise if you need to cancel it is also very simple and handled courteously.

My Stylist Natesha Hammack is simply the best! She takes the time to explain exactly how she is going to step by step color/cut my hair and each time I have been so pleased with how gorgeous my hair looks when she is done. The atmosphere of Scalped Salon was quite unique to me during my first appointment there, the staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I was so impressed with there being No Gossiping or Loud conversations going on between the staff or other clients. How many times have you experienced that while at a Salon? It was my first time going to scalped today and it was a great experience! The music choice was groovy and the staff was very friendly. The overall salon had a fantastic atmosphere. Leah was awesome! She answered all the questions I had, recommended hair products that suited my hair needs, and the hair cut has really boosted my confidence! Heather was amazing. Don't let the fact that she's a "new talent" deter you. Honestly the best experience I've had getting my hair done. I got highlights and a cut and a cut for my daughter. She took her time, she listened to what I wanted, and made my highlights look so natural, on top of being very kind and easy to talk to. I've never loved my hair after I've gotten it done, but I loved my hair thanks to Heather! Thank you Heather we will definitely be back!

I moved to Calvert 11 years ago and gave several salons months to win me over, but none had succeeded until I found Scalped! I have gone to a few stylist there and they have ALL been fantastic, but Alice is the one I felt really got me. She listens to all my requests, looks at all my pics, and finds a way to always make it look great. I love their grand red chairs in the waiting area, love the friendly customer service, and the drinks provided.

Most of all, I love the professionalism and hair knowledge of their staff. If you are looking for a great stylist and want something simple and easy or modern, new, and drastic, or anything in between, Scalped is the salon for you!

The staff at Scalped Salon are welcoming, friendly and are always making sure your Salon experience is relaxing and enjoyable. I've been a long time client and have been very happy with all the staff I have seen. Each stylist takes the time to get to know you and your hair type, discuss any issues you may be having with your hair and offers suggestions on styles as well as any issues you many be having before they start doing any work on your hair. Scalped salon staff are always learning the newest techniques and keep current on the best products for all the services offered. Scalped is my go to salon for a quick blow dry and style for those special events or for haircuts, root touch ups or highlights and anything in between. My first visit to Scalped and I knew I was in the right place. I was greeted with a smile from everyone. I was offered a drink, and a place to sit and chat with the stylist. Alice is amazing! She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explained how she intended to proceed, and then cut my hair EXACTLY as I had described. She also introduced me to products that would help me achieve the look I wanted. Each and every person I have dealt with has been very friendly, highly professional and committed to a high level of customer service. Very pleased!

Simply the best. Margaret is my stylist, and I have had the pleasure of having Grace as my stylist. Margaret and Grace have "the touch". Ordinary shears become quite magical when Margaret and Grace touch them. I have never received a haircut/styling that I didn't absolutely love. Every member of the staff is professional. The atmosphere in the salon is one of professionalism, and yet is warm and welcoming.

It is so nice to sit with the stylist before the actual appointment begins to allow for discussion with regard to changes to the hairstyle, to color (or not) and any concerns the client may have. I always leave Scalped feeling positive and, to be honest, quite lovely. Thank you Scalped!
