Fantastic service, atmosphere, and the massage was amazing! Always recommend this place to people

Great! My daughter and I had a pedicure and one hour massage. Very relaxing and enjoyable time.

Received spa day gift card with day booked in advance based on appointment availability. Amazing massage and mani/pedi! Facial a bit uncomfortable, everything was very cold so it was hard to relax. Check out ruined the experience. There was an uncommunicated and rather large price increase in my package, only a few weeks after purchase. Cashier was very dismissive and judgmental when I asked about the cost discrepancy. Spa might offer gift certificates for actual service and not dollar amount or better communicate price hikes to avoid this same experience for future guests.

Massage was great (I would give 5 stars for our massages). I am leaving 1 star because I booked appointments for massage and pedicures 2 months ago. I was called by spa receptionist to rebook time for our service 3 weeks ago, which we agreed to no problem. We Checked in for our services and nothing was said about our pedicure appointments. After our massage we were informed they double booked for pedicures and we would not be getting our pedicures.

We were offered a pizza (that's right a PIZZA?!?) for the inconvenience which we declined. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the unorganisation! We will not be returning! If you read other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem!

Had a massage with Sarah, and it was one of the best massages I have had. I also love the relaxing atmosphere, and the room you can sit in full of windows after your massage while you drink your complimentary beverage. Staff was all very friendly and helpful, as well.

For my daughter's 16th birthday her and four friends went to a spa day which included two services and a meat/cheese tray. The services were fine, though the girls were rushed through them. The snack tray they were given was a joke. It looked like sliced deli meat and cheese on a plate with old crackers. For over $700, the girls left disappointed but amused by the joke of the food and rushing through the services.

Oh my stars what an amazing spa experience! Getting into a robe, taking a steam shower. Relaxing with delicious flavored water as you wait for your massage. They thought of everything! They offer spray deodorant, lotion, hair dryer, combs, hair spray, and flip flop slippers! So fun! The lounge room is for men and women!

I made reservations for my daughter's & I, one who traveled across the nation to be here for the holidays. When we arrived, ready for a relaxing spa day, we found that the front desk DID NOT HAVE ALL our spots reserved. They were unapologetic and blase about it. Zero attempts to rectify it were made. This was my Christmas gift to my daughters! I absolutely WILL NOT BE BACK, EVER! Highlands Spa is Post Falls is better anyway!

We had the couples massage and it was perfect! To end the massage we were treated to champagne and a beer for my husband. The shower area was very well stocked with all high end amenities. We will be coming back again.

I absolutely love zi spa. this was one of the first spas i have ever been to and now i think it's been 3 years of continually going here! i've loved all the massage therapists but kali is my all time favorite! the atmosphere at zi and the friendly staff make the experience phenomenal! my birthday is coming up in november and i booked a massage for my birthday! so excited

I was booked for a balayage, paid for a balayage, and got into the chair only to be told that they do not do balayage. I let the stylist convince me she could do "foilayage" that would look the same. It does not, it looks like foils but somehow even worse. The website has balayage, I booked and got confirmation for balayage, but showed up and "oh we don't do it." Brought it up to receptionist after and she asked what I was talking about and didn't get what was wrong with the situation. Red flags all over the place, would not recommend to anyone.

I booked the Zi Girls Day Out package for my sister and I for her birthday. I was really impressed with the location and comfort of the spa upon arrival and the facial was simply amazing. When we checked out the lady said she had my card on file from when I booked the service, so we just left afterwards. Later the next week my sister said she had a charge of $300 on her debit card from Zi Spa.

I was treating my sister to the spa for her birthday, so I didn't want her to pay for it. Originally I read on that the price for the Girls Day Or Package (2-25 minute sessions of a spa treatment if your choice) was $90, meaning it total before tip would be around $180, so I was disappointed that the actual pricing was so different from what I read online.

The next thing that annoyed me eat we were charged for 2-$10 fruit and cheese platters that we were never given, even though we checked in and out if the front desk, and I booked this appointment ahead of time. The most disappointing thing about this whole experience was that I called four times and emailed twice to try to get a refund to my sister's card and charge my own card instead, and everyone I talked to said they would leave a note for the owner to call me back and she never did.

My emails went unanswered as well. I would have been totally fine with laying $300 for my sister's and my experience, but the fact that I was simply ignored multiple times really put a bad taste in my mouth for this place. I'm sure they offer great services, I would simply suggest to get everything paid for and a receipt in hand when you are leaving the building. That way if there is a mistake you can correct it yourself right then and there without relying on them responding to you.

I was 33 weeks along in my pregnancy and was dying for a prenatal massage. My wonderful husband was sweet enough and took the time to search on yelp for the best one. Zi Spa offers a robe, sandal, locker and shower access (2 are available), and a complimentary beverage (wine, champagne, tea, water) with a booked service. The facility is clean and well kept. PRENATAL MASSAGE: Michael was my masseuse and he was amazing!

I requested to specifically spend more time on the upper back, shoulder, and neck area and he listened and often checked-in for the amount of pressure used throughout the 60 minute massage. They didn't have a pregnancy specific massage table (the one with the hole, but they had pillows that were placed over the table to allow room for your belly. It was surprisingly really comfy! My massage was worth every penny and would hands-down go back again!

I desperately needed a facial before my wedding. Luckily I was able to get in for one here despite everyone else being booked. Kristene did a phenomenal job-she used to work for a dermatologist's office and was able to recommend a great retinol. Very relaxing atmosphere, including a complimentary mimosa after the service. Would highly recommend coming here, you won't regret it!

Loved my massage at Zi spa! Very nice, clean, professional, and accommodating to my needs/desired. The only complaint I could possibly say is they are too busy and getting appointments is difficult!

Massage was wonderful, got all of my knots out with just the right amount of pressure. I can't remember the gal's name that did my massage but if I'm ever back in the area I will be sure to request her! Pedicures on the other hand were not up to par. The technicians were in a hurry and basically just cleaned up toes quickly and polished. They were very friendly though, so I wonder if they had overbooked?

Best place to go for a relaxing time! The ladies at the front desk are super nice, the changing area is clean and decent. Now the waiting around area is beautiful! I really enjoyed the fireplace. My massage therapist Sarah was AMAZING!She was really nice and did a fabulous job!

Great place! I had a fabulous experience. I saw Julie and she did wonders I have never walked out of a salon happy, this time I walked out extremely happy and I thought my hair was a lost cause, I figured she would have had to chop it and she didn't. If you're looking for a good salon and stylist go to Julie

Just had my first massage here. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. After going 10 years in between massages, I can't wait to come back. Thank you also to my amazing masseuse Katelyn!

Well, here it is Valentine's Day and I booked a 3 1/2 hour spa package gift at Zi Spa this afternoon for my wife, to be followed by a nice dinner at her favorite restaurant. To make sure they had availability, I booked it in-person last October, and I confirmed the appointment with Melissa for Feb 14. She had never been to Zi, so she was looking forward to the experience.

Imagine my wife's disappointment when she shows up today and they inform her that there is no appointment today, but next Monday. Of course, they're booked today so she would have to accept the new date or only partial service. Given that I made the appointment months ago and in-person, I can only conclude one of two scenarios. 1. Melissa was not competent to make a basic appointment or 2. my wife's appointment got bumped to accommodate someone else on Valentine's Day. Either way, Zi Spa ruined my Valentine gift for my wife. So much for a first, and last, impression.

I was just driving by and saw the sign so decided to stop in and take a look. About 3 hours later I finally left feeling fantastic! Massage, pedicure, waxing and shampoo/blowout! Absolutely recommend it!

Wowzaaaaaaaa. Just had the girls day out 2 services. I had a massage and a reflexology. I've had HUNDREDS of massages all over the globe. Leah was the best therapist I've ever had. Omgggg. I'm coming back next month. Absolutely amazing!

I'm from out of town and was visiting for the holidays. I was recommended to come here as I wanted to treat myself to a massage. I did not expect a full on day spa! This place was fantastic. I did a 1 hour, deep tissue massage. My therapist was Gracie and she was fantastic! I have really bad knots, we're talking ROCKS, in my shoulders and she was able to work on them and start to break them up. I feel so much better. I get monthly massages and this was by far, better than all my monthly treatments. Next time I come up, I will certainly be back.
