Such a beautiful spa and salon since you open the door. Everyone was super nice. You have a locker room so you can leave your things, they provide robes and sandals. The offer mimosas, delicious infused waters and chocolate covered strawberries. I had a prenatal massage with Phoenix, I've never been so relax in my life. First time I was able to relax completely. The. I had manicure and pedicure with Haley she was profesional and patient. She did an amazing job. Can't wait to go back there

Went for a one-hour spa pedi. Upon completion I still had remaining dry skin on my right big toe, though she did a good job on my heels. The polish was Very sloppy (I took photos). The major issue with my visit is that she stood Right. Over. My. Shoulder while I chose my polish even though I asked her twice to please give me a few minutes to decide.

Literally hovered over me the entire time! I felt rushed and uncomfortable, so I ended up picking just any color to get her off my 6. It was awkward and Very Annoying. And, although I was literally the only client there the entire hour, I was seated in a spa chair by the back door where employees were going in and out constantly so it killed any kind of peaceful spa vibe. I was hoping for an elevated experience but that wasn't the case this morning. In all fairness, the pedi itself was decent, however, the experience was not.

The staff at the spa are welcoming as well as the atmosphere. The best services I've received at the spa to date are a facial and massage. Special recognition goes to Daniel 'Dan' for the deep tissue massage. He's such a professional gentleman that worked well on the trouble areas of my back without guidance. I highly recommend if you want to come and in leave feeling like a queen.

I have been going to Stephanie Jo once a month for several years. I have a facial each time. Stephanie Jo customizes my facial depending on the needs of my skin. Of all the products I have used over time, facials from Stephanie have made a noticed difference in my skin tone. I would highly recommend her service!

Booked with a "master stylist". First she corrected my color & doing the roots. I see no difference in my hair color at all. Next was the cut. I ask for one thing & she gave me another. She began to give me a mowhawk! I never wanted that, just an upside down "V" in back to elongate my neck. When I realized & she confirmed she was giving me a mowhawk it was too late & she blamed me for not understanding what I wanted.

It was $176.00 mistake, my hair has no shine at all anymore & im afraid to have it ant shorter. The sides were to remain in front of my hair.but there's hardly any hair left. Oh, and there's a normal 20% tip that goes on that tab. She also took a walk in former customer while I sat there & never even thanked me. Fail on this one. Husband didn't like it either.

I saw Siren for a deep tissue massage and let me tell you, it was wonderful! First deep tissue massage I've had. She communicate great to make sure I was comfortable, and made sure I left feeling totally relaxed and my muscles were not stiff and sore anymore. Totally coming back again! Thank you :

I am 73 years old and have had some bad haircuts in my lifetime but the one I got from Elizabeth on Feb 28th was worst of all time. I brought in pictures to ensure I got what I wanted, not even close. It is so uneven it takes 20 to 30 minutes of styling so I feel comfortable leaving the house. It's so short in some areas I don't think it could be fixed until it grows for a couple of months.

Today my best friend treated me to the BEST birthday gift EVER. This year I'm definitely heading into 44 more relaxed and centered. We spent our late morning at SPADA being pampered. We are both very busy small business owners and "boy moms" who struggle to find any free moments & often forget to treat ourselves. Today was COMPLETE bliss! Started with a phenomenal massage, a wonderful champagne lunch & then hands down THE BEST facial experience I've ever had.

I believe her name was Wisteria? She was perfect, I was so relaxed, I might have accidentally snored, lol. So relaxing. All services today were perfect. It was the most amazing way to spend a Monday. My best friend and I have agreed to try & make time in our crazy schedules to treat ourselves to your WONDERFUL services. The facility was clean, calming, "hydration stations" available, everyone was so nice & helpful. I will be back! I'm so thankful for my bestest friend who introduced me to SPADA. Thanks again for the blissful day of pampering!

If zero stars was an option, it would be given. Given you guys are a supposed to be a good rated salon, I entrusted Pam with my hair. She however didn't do the color I wanted for my hair and when I expressed concern and distress, she told me "well at least it's not gray." For a customer to pay as much as it is, and to be left with a result you didn't want, is disheartening. Pam's reaction to my concern was also NOT okay.

No customer should be misled and told you will have your desired color (darker blonde), and be provided with a completely different color (red brown). This salon is supposed to be professional but this experience has made it very clear that it provides the exact opposite. This was not professional and neither was Pam's comments. Super disappointing.

Had a facial today and it was very disappointing. Lady, Carolina, doing my facial had long fake nails and she was not skilled or friendly so my facial was a waste of time and money. She didn't explain anything she put on my face, no music and left a bright light on the whole hour. Ugh, while checking out, the lady didn't ask how the facial went.

My hair is bright blonde and is very fine, which makes it hard to find good stylists. I came here to get a cut and full highlights and my hair looks AMAZING! I love it so much. They did exactly what I asked and the salon was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this salon!

DON'T GO HERE! Went with my daughter for massages on 12/28/2021. The place was filthy. Hair all over the women's locker room, bathroom counter filthy, the glass doors entering the ladies locker room had finger/ hand prints all over and some indiscernible dribble at the bottom. The shoes were slippery like they had lotion on them. Walking down the hall to the room it smelled musty/ moldy. Were was the lounge with the strawberries?

The massage with Louis was absolutely horrible. I admit we were a few minutes late, but that means less time for him to work with same pay. I feel like I was punished for being late with a horrible massage. When I rolled on to my back he covered my face with a dry towel. (I have never had my face covered for a massage) He massaged the majority of the time with one hand only.

At the time I was thinking he must be new, now I wonder WTH he was doing with the other hand!?! The lotion was cold. If you have ever been to a real spa, you will be greatly disappointed here. My daughter said her massage was decent but he offered her a mimosa. she is 18.

Honestly it wasn't what I expected for the cost my manicure and pedicure were sloppy and chipped after a few days. I took my friend the day before her wedding and her gel polish was already peeling on her special day and definitely won't make it through her honeymoon. What a great experience and business! We hosted clients for an educational event. Maggie, the spa manager, was wonderful in helping us with presentations and scheduling. She was SO accomodating. I enjoyed a wonderful pedicure thanks to Karolina. She was just perfect! Great techniques and suggestions, with wonderful service. My massage with Yeneis was sheer perfection!

She was the perfect way to wrap a work day with clients. Amazing service providers! I highly recommend Spada and the amazing team here. You will enjoy an amazing, relaxing day!

The first photo is me a week before I went in to get highlights. The second is after my visit. The manager told me they are not charging me come back tomorrow at 4 pm we will fix it I promise. I came back next day then the owner gets involved. He said its my hair. I said no been having high lights for 15 years. They did not do high lights instead they did a dark color all over.

He said we cant please you and we are no longer going to do your hair. I said you told me to come back today at 4 pm and you would fix it. He said no there has been a mistake. I said you cant leave me like this its friday and I have a wedding to go to this weekend. He said no. I said please help me dont leave my hair like this. He said we lost out on pay yesterday so you have nothing to complain about you were not charged.

I said its not about the money its about fixing my hair back to at least the blonde color. He said you have to prepay if you want us to fix it. I was desperate. I pre payed. I also showed him on my phone the pic of me in sunglasses last week and said my hair was blonde. He said how do I know that photo is not years old. I said you can look at date on my phone it was last week.

He talked down to me degrading me. He only cares about money not about clients having a good experience or even correcting it like they said they would. Below are pics. 1st one before went it. 2nd how I left with dark hair and then final as you can see my hair color is really messed up not a bright blonde. Oh and the owner took pics of my hair on the second trip there before they did the correction.

I did not original go in that color. The owner was not there the first trip in when they destoyed my hair. Now I have to wait 5 weeks was told before can try to get back to my original color of blonde.

Tyler was amazing on my hair coloring and cut but had a 90 minute massage scheduled and the person that was to do the massage picked the wrong customer and name and no one to do my massage. Massage is what was actually needed and the only thing said to me was do you want to come back another time. That will not happen.

My family and I have been to this salon several times. I took my 12 year old daughter here last week for a hair cut and to add "Curtain bangs" to her long all one length hair. The cut did not turn out well at all and she was devastated. I contacted the salon and they have gone above and beyond to remedy the situation as best as they can. I have had both managers and the owner contact me for follow up and they had her come back in to fix it until everything grows back out.

They have all been tremendous. The stylist made a mistake which happens. She owned up to it and the management and owners have been fantastic. Everyone has been doing everything they can to make my daughter feel better about the situation. I can't recommend this salon enough. Mistakes happen everywhere but it's how you handle those mistakes that speak volumes. Thank you Spada for the top notch customer service.

Had pedicure. Besides them cutting nails so short they add a covid fee. Don't tell you this till you check out. What is COVID fee for? Each employee buys there own masks. Your not separated in stations or waiting area. What a scam

My girlfriend and I got the deep tissue couple massage and it was AMAZING! Seriously 2000/10. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left it was fantastic. You get checked in and your temperature taken then go to the locker rooms for the fluffiest robe ever, and they do provide locks for the lockers so you don't have to worry about any theft issues. Devin & Luis were fantastic.

They went over any issues we had and where we wanted them to focus and where we didn't want them to massage. I had Devin and told him to focus on my shoulders and upper back and wow he got knots out in places I didn't even know I had them! It was so nice to have someone not be scared and just get in there. My girlfriend has a pinched nerve in her back and she felt like a different person afterwards!

They also have warm towels throughout the massage. They asked us periodically how the pressure was and how we were holding up. The music wasn't too loud, nice and relaxing, and the lights were dimmed making it a whole experience. We were a little nervous getting guys but they made us feel 100% comfortable. Afterwards they ask you if you want mimosas, wine, etc (I don't remember the others because once they said mimosa I was sold lol).

They leave to let you change back into your robe and they were waiting outside the door, mimosas in hand. We had the latest appointment time but they didn't make us feel rushed at all. They do have a nice big shower in the locker room but we didn't want to push it with them about to close. Will definitely be making an appointment to go back!

I have been a few times because some of my friends like coming here for manicures and pedicures and I can honestly say I have left every single mani/pedi disappointed. It's to the point where it's a joke in my house about how bad it's going to be when I get home. It seems like they care about hiring perfect English speaking nail techs rather than talented ones.

I feel like the gals I've had working on my nails just came out of cosmetology school and I'm one of their first clients. I honestly left with my nails in worse shape than when I got there. I still had hangnails and somehow I had bigger cuticles on one of my nails than before. For the price, definitely not worth it. The only way I'll go back is if my friends want to do another group thing. Don't waste your time or money. I'm giving it 2 stars because it feels too mean to leave 1 star

I frequent SPADA Salon and I just want to say thank you to Jaime she is the best esthetician I have ever found! I came in with stains on my cheeks from the sun and a year later my sun stains are almost completely gone. She knows her skin! I leave there feeling 30 years young and my skin is so much more improved than when I was going to a dermatology. Go see Jaime for your skin needs she's amazing!

If you're looking for an amazing way to treat yourself or someone else, a trip to Spada is just the thing! From the quiet, relaxing atmosphere to the fluffy bathrobes for massage guests, it's a total experience. I have not been to Spada for anything else aside from massages, but I am positive that the other treatment options are just as amazing. I highly recommend!

Was gifted a message, facial, mani, and pedi and would not come back again. The message was decent. However, the facial was mediocre and when she waxed my eyebrows left me with thin misshaped lines with patches missing. The nail technician did not get the polish all the way to the edges and over an hour later and my nails still are not fully dry and keep smudging. Not worth the high prices.

Anything and everything you could want in a day spa! Their shop is run like a true customer service based business. The girls at the front were professional and helpful. They assembled two very classy gift certificate packages for me to give as Christmas presents. There wasn't an empty parking spot in the plaza.

Covid has certainly done a number on everyone this year! Every person, every business. We have loved Spada for years! We went yesterday for my birthday. They are following safe covid measures. We felt very safe and comfortable. They can't have the wonderful chocolate covered strawberries in their waiting room right now. However, the robs and slippers are skill luxurious.

As well as the infused flavors waters and lemonade. My husband loved his massage mine, was a little less then what I expected. The minute the team found out they immediately responded to fix the problem. Customer service is so important now more than ever. They didn't miss a beat! Thank you Spada for running such a top notch operation! We will return for more of our special occasions and purchase of gift cards for friends!

I give them 5 stars for good reasons. I have had many massages over the last 30 years and I have found 3 truly gifted healers in all that time. 1 I can never get into without scheduling many weeks out, not doable for me. Yamilet and Beatrice are 2 of the best! And I can get in usually within days of calling. The place is clean, they are taking precautions and with health issues this is very important to me. Prices are right on for services. Relaxing area to quiet down before and after, unlike the chain massage places. Experience what a good massage time should be. Life is too short and stressful not to!

My husband and I had hot stone massages here today. What an amazing experience. Massages are one of our treats when we go in vacations so we have had massages in some pretty great places. Having massages while not on vacation has never been as good as the ones while vacationing. That all changed today. The so had a resort feel and for an hour and a half, we felt transported to one of our vacation locations. Definitely will be back and plan to try some of the other services offered.

What a great experience getting much needed highlights, trim and spa pedicure! The service is friendly and professional. My stylist, Anna, was very nice and did a great job with the hair. Spa pedicure was a much needed "me" time and great looking toes is a great bonus. Staff and salon, overall, follow strict cleanliness guidelines. Temperatures screenings are done as you enter and everyone is required to wear masks.

Given the new normal, rest assured that Spada takes this situation seriously and you're in good hands at this establishment. Also being welcomed with a cranberry mimosa was a nice touch.delicious!

I received a gift certificate, and was excited for a massage and reflexology. It was the Very Worst massage I've ever had! The therapist was (Guesteon?). The 1/2 hour reflexology was her rubbing lotion on the bottom of my feet, she had NO IDEA what she was doing. I've NEVER left a massage as unhappy as this. When checking out I spoke to the owner Judy who was not interested in my experience in the least.

I WILL NEVER RETURN! Please do yourself a favor & spend your $ somewhere else. I usually get my spa services from Esterra Salon & Spa in Cape Coral which is Far superior in every way!

I enjoyed this Spa. When you book they will take a credit card to secure your reservation. When you get there, the receptionists are nice and quick. The facility shows a lot of Aveda product, but they sell other products. It is not a certified Aveda Spa. The entire front is for hair dressing and there is a separate room for nails. The back section is full of rooms for all the other menu items.

This is a full service salon and spa. There are separate men's and women's lockers. Clean and spacious and nice amenities. They have snacks and water. I'd say step it off and offer coffee and tea or fresh fruits. The waiting area is nice as well, but I wish there was more food choices. They did offer either wine or samosas. The couple's massage itself was nice.

I will come back again and do a facial/massage. I need to pay for then separately. Here's what I would like. More food choices. More package choices. A cheaper price. Loyalty Program instead of bulk packages.
