I went in with a botched cut and the girl who helped me did an awesome job correcting it while leaving me with as much length as possible. Will be my go to salon now!

I went to get the wifey a surprise gift card and they helped in every way possible.great employees and the wife had a great experience.highly recommend you try it.

Took the stylist Layla almost 7.5 hours to do a full highlight on mid length hair. I finally spoke up when she was only a third of the way done putting bleach on after 2 hours. After voicing my concerns about bleach sitting in my hair that long, she started trying to wipe some off. It took over 4 hours alone just to put color in and not once did anyone step up to do anything.

She then asked if I wanted toner after being way over processed. I could go on. For supposedly being the top salon, it surely didn't show. I was there from 10:50 am to 6:14 pm. By the time it was done another stylist had to finish styling my hair and it had gotten so dark in that room by then that I couldn't see the top of my head to mention it. Reached out to the salon with no response. The owner had the audacity to charge me $180 for this mess.

Regan is wonderful - she's done an amazing job at corrective color, regular color services, and cuts. I'm so happy after every appointment with her. The staff is all really sweet and the massages are great too!

My friend and I got brazilians and the first person to waxy friend was messy and had to have another girl come in to help. Her wax took 45 minutes. The second lady waxed me and she rushed through it, only took 15 minutes and left huge patches of hair and told me "Just to shave it myself when i get home". I called and complained to the manager afterwards but that was my only chance to get the wax before vacation.

Would highly recommend this establishment for those who need a nice day of relaxation. I went for a massage, facial, and lash extensions. Everyone was very nice and wonderful. I can't remember the gentleman's name who did my massage, but he was great! Helped me a lot with my back and shoulder pain. April was wonderful with my facial! I felt fresh and rejuvanated! Savannah did amazing with my eyelashes!

I wanted a nice balance between natural and a little dramatic, and she hit it perfectly! As I am here in the area for short term work, I will definitely be recommending my coworkers to this establishment!

This place is AMAZING. I had two services scheduled. They were wise enough to get me through the pain of waxing first before my massage. But it was no need! My waxing with April was the least painful wax I've ever had. She was personable and so fun to talk to! Von was my massage therapist. He was attentive and checked in frequently on my level of comfort. After working 7 weeks non stop he eased my stress away. My appointment for next month has already been scheduled! I love it!

Love love love studio 21! Lisa is amazing and always gets my hair perfect. She takes her time to insure your hair is exactly what you want. You will leave feeling relaxed and beautiful!

Tracy is amazing! She always comes up with great new styles that look great! The rates are lower than most other salons. I appreciate being able to get in the day after I call for an appointment.

I absolutely love my stylist Regan she's an A+++ perfectionist that I would follow anywhere. She also does amazing nails and lashes! Highly recommend coming here to see her!

My first visit and my last. I don't know what happened to my thought of getting what I wanted. With low lights, high lights, cut and styling. Even with a picture, I walked out of there with nothing that I requested. My bill was $170.00. My appointment time 1:30, I left there at 5 pm. Such a big disappointment.

I received an excellent facial from Tasha. She is very professional. I was very pleased with my experience! I really enjoyed the facial I received from her. The receptionist was very friendly, and I liked the ambiance of the salon and spa. It is very welcoming. I plan on returning soon for a massage next week! I will highly recommend this salon and spa to others in the area! I appreciated the high degree of professionalism of all the staff at this salon and spa!

I noticed there were some bad reviews and that reflects on a business for people who rely on the internet. I was here a few years ago and I thought the service was great! Seems to me like some people just want to complain! Probably leave bad reviews on everything. Would recommend this place!

Absolutely horrible. I went there in October for my homecoming makeup. The lady that did it didn't match my foundation correctly, didn't blend the contour, no wings on the eyeliner(which I asked for), and clumpy mascara. Would not recommend to anyone
