5-2022 Now has been 6 yrs and now really blue instead of black. So thick and messy, it's so embarrassing! I've since found out they used old anesthesia (that's why it was so painful and old ink for tattoo eyeliner (that's why it turned blue) to save a dime at my expense. So Very Unprofessional. My anguish has not changed in 6 yrs. Now they'll tell you, "Oh we fired the owner and staff!

They won't do that again!" 2-2016 The worst for permanent eyeliner. Very painful and owner made a mess and I'm stuck with it. To top it off the dye she used was black has now turned to blue. I suppose like the anesthesia, she used cheapest supplies she could find. I'm constantly embarrassed and am considering suing for emotional distress! They better stop claiming to be "expert" in this field.

I paid to have the permanent eyeliner on my bottom and permanent eyebrow correction. I went back for my 6 week check up on my Eyebrow correction and to show her that my permanent eyeliner Didn't take. I also made her aware of the chemicals she used to numb my eye lid was extremely strong and I had swollen eye lids for 3 days after the procedure. She informed me that it sometimes doesn't take the 1st time.

I advised her of the chemical reaction from the numbing cream and that I didn't want to retry but would prefer to be refunded. She stated she wouldn't refund me and it's free whenever I get ready to retry. I explained again it was too painful to retry again and she refused my refund.

I got my hair done by the owners. She was very nice and I got the best cut I've had in a very long time. The salon is clean, inviting and convieient. I will absolutely go again. It was a great choice for me.

You may be thinking, wait. This dude is bald, but he's giving a review on a salon. Yup, that's right. Sherin does a really good job working with hair, particularly with perms. Sherin has been doing my girlfriend's hair for a few months now, and she is always pleased with the results! Thanks for giving consistent customer service.

Scheduled to have a perm done here the other day for the first time and while I was a little nervous, I am extremely happy with the results. Sherin did an amazing job and I will continue to go back for whatever my beauty needs may be. Thank you so much for the donuts, great conversation, and my lovely locks! My weeks are flooded with compliments. Can't wait to see you again for an update.

I cannot say enough about this Salon and about Shirin. The cut and color with highlights are the best I've had in decades. I do not live in the area but am planning a trip there to have my hair done there again. The kindness and hospitality of Shirin and her husband were also over the top.

I had what was supposed to be permanent makeup on my upper and lower lids. She did two sessions and now I have a dotted line on one upper lid, a 2mm line on the other upper lid and NOTHING on the lower lids. Not to mention it was extremely painful! I would highly discourage anyone from experiencing the "permanent" eyeliner experience here! Also she would not refund any of my money.

I went in on Dec 2016 to have permanent lip liner done the special was $150. Once in doing the lip liner she said I do you full lip with this it will look good. I took that to mean all for the $150 but once checking out it cost me $350. Two weeks out I had no color on full lips or liner on bottom lip. I called the owner who done the work and was told you come to your 2nd appointment for correction.

I go last week and it took 2.5 hrs of horrible pain. The numbing cream she used wasn't working I was bleeding and under excruciating pain. After my 2.5 hr appointment of pain she hits me with the bill of $150 for correction! I was told by her on my 1st appointment I would have 2 visits free for corrections on liner and lips. I question her and she said no your third visit free. (Or you not pay for this visit and pay for the third) something is wrong with that because why does customer have to pay for a correction that didn't take in the first place.

The website has one price and she charged a higher price once your done and ready to pay. It's been 3 days from my visit and my lips are a mess and I have a huge blister and once again there's no bottom lip liner! This was to be a Beautiful experience and has turned into a nightmare that has cost me $500 and my lips are not Beautiful or correctly done. I plan on contacting her in the morning and hopefully she will make things right or I will be filing a report with the BBB and health dept.

Amazing experience. I go to the salon often, each time I walk out 100% satisfied with hair cut, style and highlights. Each time I call for an appointment they are able to get me in and work around my busy schedule. I recommend this salon to all my friends in Tallahassee.
