So far the beds are great. I'm a little confused about the welcome pack you're supposed to get when you sign up. I of course wanted the top tier package because I like all of the bells and whistles but I'm a little disappointed with how much I spend a month for tanning and everything is an upcharge: tanning goggles, a darker color in the spray tan machine, and to rent the hotworx mat and towel for that machine but they still haven't came through with my welcome kit. Suggest possibly offering free goggles or a free spray upgrade once as the welcome instead of waiting months for nothing to arrive for high spending guests?

I showed up at 730pm to tan in a 15 minute bed and the kid told me to come earlier next time. the hours on the site and at the salon say they close at 8pm but they turn you away at 730pm to do closing duties. who knew it took so long to close down a tanning salon. I guess I will have to find a new tanning salon that works with my hours. I didn't think 730pm was to late it shouldn't take no more than 15mins to clean off a bed and close the salon. Update: The manager contacted me and resolved the issue he confirmed that you can come in at 730pm I was very happy with how quickly management responded

If you want the best tanning experience possible, this is the place to tan! Amazing beds for the perfect tan. Been tanning with Sunsational for years and nothing has even come close to the color I receive as well priced right for any budget! And the sunless spray, is like nothing I've ever experienced. And I love the atmosphere too. Friendly and fun staff.
