Here is what I dislike about the salon. They put out a Facebook contest to win a $100 gift certificate in October of 2018 it is now July of 2019 and there is still no contest winner. Went on their Facebook page I asked about it they sent me a private message and then blocked me with no way to respond. Even if I was interested (mind you I have NOT entered said contest, just browsing for a salon to accomadate a group of mine in August), this is not how you do business. Deceiving people because they didn't get the amount of likes that you anticipated, and then making it impossible for a customer to contact you (my responses have been deleted and I am now blocked from the page and the DMs after they sent me something!), is not how you do business. Needless to say, their name as been scratched from the list of places we were going to take my 35th Birthday party. but they have a lot more Facebook likes *After posting, communication was again opened up by the owner (to ask me to remove the Google review) and explanations were provided claiming, "not familiar with how to work Facebook" and I was told multiple times I was not banned (see picture) yet, response on Google states that I wjias banned (after I blocked further communication). Honesty and accountability are huge for me. It seems this spa is more for the Facebook likes than running an honest business/customer service!

5/5 Eva Szabo was a great experience and their services are extremely professional. They pay very close attention to detail in each service. I received a pedicure which was so relaxing and I did not feel rushed. It was a very relaxing experience and the customer service was beyond expectation! Highly recommend.

I've always received excellent, service by the professional, friendly staff.

Worst facial ever! Lazy! Left alone in service for over half the facial. Didn't bother to put any serum or eye cream, or even moisturizer. Had to ask for sunscreen. Wow! She then commented about the clouds. Hello. Your an "esthetician" you should know that if you care about your skin you wear sunscreen no matter what the clouds are doing.

Sooty, nice people, but not good Was alone in room over 1/2 the hour Used minimal products did not deep clean or use a mask. Did not touch hands. Dissapointed

I visited the Salon on a very busy Saturday. I had the customized facial. The service and treatment was exceptional. I give this spa a high recommend for: 1. Great Service 2. Great Location 3. Easy FREE Parking 4. Great ambiance.
